because of a problematic hospital in western new hampshire. erin: alice peck day memorial hospital recently discovered a problem with how their vaccines were being stored and they are putting out a warning. ray brewer is here to explain. ray: the ceo at alice peck day memorial hospital says some of the vaccines at the hospital were not sort of the correct or consistent temperature. the hospital has contacted the families of more than 800 patients asking them to bring their children into get new shots. officials stressed that the effect of vaccines are not dangerous or all, but may simply be less effective. they say there is no danger from getting a second vaccine. the problem went from september 2014 to october 2015. >> they are going to look at it -- at the record of every child. >> we made a number of process

a massive rescue effort is underway in the french alps after an avalanche engulfed a group of students. two teens and a skier from ukraine is confirmed dead. ten people were caught up in the slide on a closed slope near the ski resort. the area was closed due to fresh snow that raised the risk of an avalanche. police in italy have arrested a man in connection with the strangulation death of an american woman. ashley olsen was killed with a cord or rope and also suffered a fractured skull after a night of drinking and drugs. police have dna evidence in the case and that she was seen and surveillance cameras leaving a disco with the suspect and go into her apartment. erin: after four decades and it -- in connecticut, general electric is moving north to boston' s seaport district. they will complete the move by 2018. it is unclear how many of the

morning at a home on crescent street. the driver had taken heroin and was headed to work when he passed out behind the wheel while the car was in the garage. >> it appears as if his foot got stuck on the accelerator pedal, which caused the engine to overheat, eventually causing it to ignite on fire. the salem fire department should receive kudos. they had no idea that anyone was in there. they came upon him and took lifesaving measures to save the victim and the residents. erin: the man suffered burns to his lungs and carbon monoxide poisoning, but he is in stable condition. sean: a woman from bethlehem was killed in a car accident in vermont. kelly may was not wearing a seatbelt when she lost control of her car. she was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene. the roads were covered in snow and ice at the time. erin: a barlett man is accused

william alexander was arrested on 10 felony counts and had been under investigation since march of last year. sean: state lawmakers are considering a measure that would create a death benefit for school employees killed in the line of work. the bill sponsor says her proposal would authorize the state treasurer to pay $1000 -- $10,000 to the family members of any school employee who dies well carrying out his or her duties. erin: the department of transportation is holding a meeting on proposed improvements to a busy intersection in meredith. the improvements would be made to the intersections of routes 3 and 25. plans include updating traffic signals, installing a pedestrian signal, and including sidewalks. sean: a fish and game officer used a unique strategy to help a

through southern new hampshire. we are not expecting any accumulation for the morning commute. further north, skies have been clear, but more clouds will fill in. we have been talking all week about a system down through the gulf of mexico developing. it is now finally starting to do that. that as it continues to track northeast. we are going to tell a big tail as to what we see here centered around saturday morning. if you flurries for southern areas. it back and forth between clouds and sunshine. temperatures start in the teens to near 20 degrees. the further north you go, it is single digits and single digits below zero. we continue to see more clouds move in and the better chance of snow showers in the north country into the afternoon.
