one hiker and one skier suffered non-life threatening injuries. the mount washington avalanche center has posted a warning of shifting snow in the area. a 28-year-old was rescued after his snowmobile went through the ice. it happened just before 10:30 last night in sandown. witnesses saw the vehicle break through the ice and called 911. the driver was able to pull himself out of the water. he was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries. authorities say alcohol appears to be a factor in the accident. a lancaster man is dead after an the incident started around 2:30 sunday afternoon. police were called to a home at 32 prospect street for a report of shots fired. a woman told officers she was leaving the home with her two kids when 35-year-old jeremiah gillen allegedly fired at her car, hitting the hood. neighbors in the area were evacuated, while police tried to get gillen to surrender. several hours later a robot was sent into the house and found
