we will have details with your minutes. josh: we have no details this noon on the animal neglect case in londonderry. police are calling this the worst they have ever seen, saying the dollar was barely -- the dog was barely recognizable. a warning -- pictures are disturbing. wmur' s ray brewer has more from derry where the two women accused in this case went before a judge. ray: a londonderry detective said this is the worst case of animal neglect he has ever seen. when i found the dog, it was basically walking on its bones. this is what the two-year-old to like when londonderry police officers responded monday night for a report of an abandoned dog at 112 rockingham wrote. the job. marci: today, the four final occupiers of the national preparing to face a judge on s tense showdown. the last occupiers finally surrendered peacefully, ending a more than 40-day standoff. >> coming out! marci: the tense negotiations lifestream phone call. the group was demanding the federal government turnover public lands to local control pure last month, the standoff' s leaders were arrested during a traffic stop, and the group' s spokesman was shot and killed when investigators say he reached for a gun following the police chase. in all, at least 20 people indicted on federal charges linked to the occupation. the wildlife refuge closed to the public but free of armed occupiers for the first time in more than a month.

morning, eventually leading us to a mostly cloudy sky or filtered sunshine into the afternoon. teens to lower 20' s, about 10 degrees below average this time of year. it will take us the lion' s share of the weekend and likely until monday afternoon to get back above the levels we are currently at. be then, a little more of a -- by then, a little break. what we will have its own next system as quickly as tuesday morning. here come the high clouds tuesday morning out well ahead of the actual front, which does not arrive here until sometime right around sunrise. sometimes a high clouds, we will continue to watch this front back up to the great lakes which towards a spirit i want you to notice the flow right below that front coming right out of central canada. that is where the temperatures are coming from that we will be experiencing in time for the weekend itself. it is not even the actual temperatures themselves, which will be about 10 degrees colder than this. it has to do with the wind as well.

out there right now, only blowing about 5 miles to 10 miles an hour. windchill temperatures in the teens, a lot of areas in the single digits as far as the actual windchill itself. starting tomorrow afternoon going all the way through monday morning. the windchill reading will be back above 0. under that canopy of high clouds, there may be a flurry or two, especially for the north country this afternoon and early this evening. it is really not going to have a huge punch as far as snowfall for us. you will notice it is on the doorstep as we approach sunrise tomorrow morning. this line might be a quick burst, 10, 20, 15 minutes of a snow shower or a brief squall, and then the winds will pick up. temperatures will start to fall off, and by late in the day, you are already below 0 up north while in southern areas, hanging on in the single digits. we get the temperatures below

it looks like sunday morning and monday morning we experience that after a rather cold day and the wind remaining in place during the day on sunday itself. high temperature sunday -- single digits to maybe lower teens in a few lucky locations closer to the shoulder -- to the shoreline. the next storm system just moving and now to the pacific northwest. it eventually approaches, and that could be snow initially, but it may be warm enough to change over to a wintry mix of rain. all the focus right now should be on the cold. windchill advisories or warnings will likely be posted over the weekend. a windchill watch for the entire state right now p are we moderate monday after another very cold start to the day. the next system that starts to approach -- we will have tabs on that and what to expect as far as precipitation type starting tuesday morning. let' s head to cook' s corner. sean:. hi, everybody feared with valentine'
