department to take additional steps in court to force apple to open that iphone immediately. pierre thomas, abc news, washington. now to a missouri woman who is in federal custody this morning after showing support for isis in social media. the fbi searched her home in an early morning raid after knocking down the doors with a battering ram. federal investigators say she used a twitter account associated with isis to call for the murder of two fbi agents. she allegedly even posted their home addresses, as well. and as if that weren't enough, there are also fears isis may get its hands on the makings for a nuclear bomb. radioactive material that was stolen a few months ago from an american company's facilities in iraq was supposed to be used to help find leaks in oil field equipment. iraq has been looking for the material without any success. >> pope francis raised eyebrows with a comment about the zika virus outbreak.

suggested that women threatened with the zika virus could use contraception. most vulnerable to the zika virus. the pope said that he believes there is a clear moral difference between preventing pregnancy and aborting a fetus. he also maintained church doctrine rejecting abortion as a response to the crisis. >> donald trump is not known for babbing off but now he's easing up on his heated rhetoric about pope francis. more in a moment but the pope's comments about trump and his reaction have rocked the presidential race. here's abc's terry moran. >> reporter: on board the papal airplane, a stunning moment. citizen. the man who filed the suit against cruz says if cruz is the could challenge his eligibility in the fall. experts say this challenge will likely go nowhere. in an increasingly tight democratic race, the candidates are taking off their gloves. at last night's town hall meeting in las vegas, hillary clinton was booed at one point by the crowd when she accused bernie sanders of not really being a democrat until he decided to run for president. she also criticized sanders for his attacks on the two the most bernie sanders had harsh words of his own, questioning hillary clinton's admiration for simply pandering for black votes. the two candidates are locked in a dead heat ahead of tomorrow's caucuses in nevada and the primary in south carolina in a week and a day. the suspect accused in last spring's washington, d.c. mansion murders will be in court today to face murder and other charges.

wint killed an executive, his wife, his son and their housekeeper, then set their house on fire before fleeing. he was linked to the crime by dna found on a pizza crust. the stakes may get higher for the so-called affluenza teen today. a judge will decide whether to move his case to adult court. the transfer would happen when ethan couch turns 19 in april. the convicted drunk driver has been in a maximum security adult facility for nearly two weeks. the judge may also decide to keep him there until his birthday when the penalties for violating probation will become more severe. >> firefighters near kansas city are battling a huge brush fire. they believe it was sparked by a lawnmower. with the heat from the blaze and the high winds fanning it created a fire tornado. you saw that. the fire is on prison property but it has closed a highway nearby. it has consumed about 1500 acres and is about 75% contained.
