to mile marker five. if you are heading into massachusetts, all major roads are up to speed. i'm deb davidson for 95.7 wzid. sean: thanks. topping our news, the danville man accused of murdering a woman inside her home more than a week ago is expected to face a judge. erin: 37-year-old richard moore is charged with second-degree murder in the death of joanne boucher. ray brewer live in danville for us this morning. goodor we hope to learn more details in court today. investigators with the state attorney's general says that richard moore stabbed joanne boucher several times. moore has been charged with second-degree murder. they say that boucher was killed in -- on september 2nd, friday. her body wasn't discovered until monday inside her home on caramel drive. the officials aren't commenting on the

moore was living with boucher. their investigation is far from home officials say, even though they have made an arrest. people who live the area say they are behind bars.t moore is we expect that he will be in court today to be charged with second-degree murder. live in danville, ray brewer, wmur news 9. erin: ray, thank you. a driver was looking at his cell phone when he crashed into a home in concord. the car home just befor 8:00 and ended up three quarters of the way inside. there were several people at home at the time. no one was in the room. there were no injuries. it is not clear yet if the driver will face any charges. a pedestrian is in the hospital with serious injury this is morning after being hit by a car in hooksett. the person was walking on main street between river side drive and west river road around 3:00. they were flown to the

speed nor alcohol were factors. sean: turning now to the race for the white house. hillary clinton has canceled a planned trip to california after leaving an event yesterday because of pneumonia. donald trump is trying to call clinton's health into question. a new poll shows the two separated by five points with gary johnson just shy of doubl digits. green party hopeful, jill stein, has a planned rally tomorrow as she tries to gain the campaigns. reporter: this video is igniting calls for the presidential candidates to release more comprehensive health records. hillary clinton appears to stumble. her secret service detail lifts her up and into her van. just before she was attending the 9/11 ceremony at ground zero. >> we were standing for about an hour and a half. it was stifling heat.

powerball jackpot here in new hampshire plans to do with the money. lawyers for the winners of the $487 million prize will come forward today and announce the winners philanthropic plans. it is not clear if the winner will be there. the ticket was sold at hannaford in raymond for the july 30th drawing. it is the largest lottery jackpot ever won here in the state of new hampshire. sean: football is officially back. the patriots are off and morning, despite playing without tom brady and gronkowski. patriots beat the cardinals. cardinals missed a game-winning field goal. the pats won it 23-21. garoppolo finishd with

chance we'll have coming up. erin: all right. big seafood festival there over the weekend. moving on, investigators say lightning sparked a massive fire that destroyed an historic barn in vermont. sean: firefighters say they weren't called until more than an hour after the thunderstorm moved through, because the fire burned inside. the old dairy barn was built in 1892 and converted into a learning center. erin: and they were honoring the lives lost on 9/11. it marked the end of the memorial. taps was played every night. >> i don't think any

sean: the driver of a school bus is dead after crashing into a concrete pillar at the airport in denver. the bus had just picked members of the high school football team from california when the driver crashed. ten other people on the bus were hurt. two a condition. more and more kids are being treated for concussions. in a study published in the journal of pediatrics, the rate of injured has more than doubled for players between the ages of 7 and 17. part of that is because of increased awareness about concussions. erin: tom hanks is back at top.

they say that moore stabbed her repeatedly. they say moore was living at the same address. it shows he has a criminal records that dates back to 1996. he was convicted of felonious sexual assault. in a statement issued, boucher said we are certainly glad that someone is being held accountable for such a horrible crime. the rest of the law-abiding citizens still wonder why career criminals such as richard moore are allowed to walk the streets. there's no word on the circumstances surrounding the murder. moore is expected to be arraigned later today and charged with second-degree murder. reporting live in danville, ray brewer. erin: all right. thank you. police in massachusetts are investigating a boating accident that claimed the life of a

the 39-year-old died. they were competing in the bill giles memorial regada. one of the speedboats caused a pileup. all three were thrown into the water. green died at the scene. a second driver remains in critical condition. charges. the dog is now doing fine. the picture was taken a few hours after the incident. he was helping tracked down gary after he fled the scene saturday morning. when they found the suspect in the foods, he hit the fog. he's facing a number of charges, including maiming a police dog.
