accused killer goes before a judge. good afternoon. i'm erin fehlau. richard moore is accused of stabbing to death joanne boucher inside her home on caramel drive. ray brewer is live outside plaistow circuit court, where moore's arraignment is underway. ray: the arraignment has just concluded, moore being held without bail. while the attorney general's office hn' between moore and boucher, according to neighbors moore had living with boucher at her home. richard moore is charged with second degree murder. no plea was taken on that. according to the attorney general's office, he stabbed the victim multiple times. neighbors say that boucher had lived at her home at 23 caramel drive for over 20 years. the ag's office says that she was murdered back on friday, september 2. however, her body wasn't

investigators with the state police major crimes unit continued to comb the house and backyard for evidence. moore has a criminal record dating back 20 years and was convicted of felonious sexual assault back in 1998. in a statement, boucher's ex-husband told news 9, "we are certainly glad that someone is being held accountable for such a horrible crime. however, myself, my family, and the rest of the de wonder why career criminals such as richard moore are allowed to walk the streets. something needs to change, not only in new hampshire, but throughout the country." some members of boucher's family or here for the brief hearing. if they have anything to say we will bring it to you online or at 5:00. reporting live, ray brewer, wmur news 9. erin: right now, the islamic society of greater nashua says
