right now the rochester fire department confirms to news 9 that a train has hit a pedestrian along the tracks between summer and portland streets. jean: we don't know how seriously that person is hurt, but the fire department says the person will be taken to the hospital. we have a crew on the way to rochester right now and we'll bring you updates as soon as we get them. josh: new developments tonight in the murder a danville woman. jean: richard moore as you see arraigned on a second degree murder charge for the death of joe ann boucher. andy hershberger has that story. reporter: moore was ordered held without bail today for the murder of a 51-year-old danville woman who was found dead at her home last week. moore appeared before a judge today by video on one count of second degree murder for alley stabbing joe ann boucher to death. moore is a registered sex

boucher's home in danville. moore appeared emotional, wiping his eyes several times during the hearing. officials say moore stabbed boucher multiple times with a knife but would not elaborate on their relationship or a possible motive. authorities say she was killed on september 2, but her body was not found until a 9s11 call was made three days later. >> he's been charged with the second degree murder for stabbing miss boucher multiple times. the rest oft disclose and something that's also under seal with the court in the form of an arrest warrant, so i can't discuss it. reporter: fred's and family of the victim who were in court for today's hearing had no comment. josh: right now manchester police are looking for the man they say stole a bank deposit bag. sunday morning police say a man walked up to a clerk at the citizens bank on elm street, they say she was about to drop a deposit bag into the drop box

jean: tonight the national weather service says damage to a park in epsom is the result of straight line winds that passed through yesterday. wmur's jennifer crompton surveyed the damage today and got a closer look at how this became a matter of life and death. reporter: the storm carved a path of destruction through epsom's webster park sunday morning, while hundreds of people were right next-door. a 10-acre parcel of webster trees snapped in half, others uprooted. an estimated 60 trees broken or fell down. >> they all fell in the same direction, everything is laying in the same direction. and a lot of them came down because others fell on them, it was a domino effect. reporter: the national weather service says the damage was

callers tell dispatchers the situation was getting worse by the minute. >> the flames are four to five feet, they're getting bigger. reporter: turns out this mosque is where the night club shooter worshipped. the fire set three months after that massacre, and on the day marking the start a muslim holiday. hate to set a worship center on fire on september 11 shows that there's no other intent other than create harm and terrorize the muslim community. >> right now we're not sure exactly whether this is a hate crime or just an arson. we do know that a crime has occurred and that it is arson. reporter: this mosque according to the local muslim leaders received several threats before this fire was set.

police say saturday night around 200 to 300 people were on winter street when they started throwing those items. there were no reports of injuries or property damage, and no one was arrested. the crowd cleared when a thunderstorm came through. a street sweeper was then called in to clean up all the trash left behind. today the boston police department begins its body camera pilot program. on friday a judge said the department does have the authority to require officers to wear t leaders will wear the cameras as part of a six-month pilot program. the union president expressed disappointment with the judge's decision. however, in a statement he says he will work to make the cameras a success. josh: back to commitment 2016 coverage, and hillary clinton is off the campaign trail today after a health incident during a 9/11 anniversary ceremony. as sally kidd reports, the scare
