is being held for the murder of 51-year-old joe ann boucher. her body was found at her danville home last week. >> the state is alleging that you knowingly cautioned the death of another, joe ann boucher, date of birth february 21, 1965, by stabbing her with a knife. reporter: authorities say they believe boucher was killed sometime around september 2, but her body wasn't found until a 1 later. officials would not say who made that emergency call. moore is a registered sex offender with a 1998 aggravated sexual assault conviction. he was arrested in manchester last friday, but his address is listed as boucher's home in danville. moore appeared emotional, wiping his eyes several times during today's very brief hearing. authorities would not talk about a possible motive.

phone calls. but the incumbent could be found in bedford at genesis health care where she met with veterans to talk about the issues they're facing. as for the election, ayotte says she's staying focused on doing her job rather than just keeping her job. >> just focusing on getting things done for the people of new hampshire. i want to continue fighting on their behalf to address our heroin epidemics, get our veterans better care and make sure that we get our fiscal house in order and have good paying jobs here in new hampshire to and f favorite in this primary is looking for a coon vinceing win tomorrow to build momentum for the general election. tom: a busy day on the campaign trail for the candidates running for congress. jennifer: in the first congressional district, rich ashooh shook hands at the puritan back room in manchester.

jennifer: a story we've been following from rochester, police tell us the person hit by a train is in the hospital and appears to be in stable condition. around 4:15 a female under the age of 18 was walking across the tracks between summer and portland streets when she was hit. more on this coming up tonight later. tom: and tonight nashua police investigating vandalism it a mosque. jennifer: last night a rock came flewing through the window at the islamic society of greater nashua just before the service.

worshipper. because the vandalism at the mosque coincides with the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, a massachusetts muslim civil rights group wants authorities to investigate to determine if it was a hate crime. >> there was no sayings left, it was simply a rock through a window. but due to it occurring on september 11 and being a mosque, that's something we'll look at. >> i don't know if it a coincidence, because i have never had this before so i am thinkingt then those guys who were walking by, they had something in their mind came up and threw it. jennifer: a vigil is being held at the mosque tonight at 8:30. tom: a gorgeous day today. mike: dew points are dropping, it refreshing by night and by day eventually warms back up here and there in september and october. so how much higher will the

tom: mystery solved, sort of. the sole winner of that $487 million powerball jackpot in new hampshire claimed their prize today. jennifer: get a look at it. this is the winning ticket. it was purchased at the hannaford in raymond.

ensures they will forever be anonymous. >> been a little over a month since we had what for us is a seismic event in new hampshire in terms of lotteries. reporter: $487 million. one winner. mind mr.ing, historic. >> the amount of money in question is more money than we gave away all last year. reporter: the winner chose the lump sum payment, netting a $256 million. they also guaranteed anonymity by not signing the winning ticket. if they had? >> it would have been a public document and i would have had to give you a copy. reporter: it was signed by the newly rormed robin egg 2016 trust and their first order of business was to spread the wealth. >> at this point in time they are committed to use these funds for philanthropic causes and to make a positive impact on the lives of their family.

over $6,000 feet up. same story at the coast, fair skies as well. full sunshine, temperatures are nice and mild, winds not that bad. and a big change from the past several months over new hampshire. look at the low, 43 degrees in concord, that's the coldest it's been since may 21. it was even cooler, in the 30's, in the great north woods. it will be tonight, possibly two or three higher in terms of temperature than what we had earlier this morning, later tomorrow morning. right now we're back into the 60's from plymouth and points north. mild 70's elsewhere. until you get to the cooler effect of the ocean at the coast down to 67 at the pease trade port. 66 at hampton beach. those dew points we've been showing them all summer long and many times in the 50's, 60's, even at times in the tropical 70's. now very refreshing invigorating

40's in many spots. with the dry air in place that allows the temperature to fall back close to the dew point in many spots, so upper 30's and lower 40's by morning up north. 40's to low 50's elsewhere. early tomorrow morning up until about 8:00 a.m. it will be cool. however, shortly after that, all of this summer warmth building to our west begins to move on in here, and just to our west today we had readings in the upper 70's to aro 8 tomorrow, and then mid 80's in some spots, 90 not out of the question on wednesday as long as we squeeze out a lot of sun before the next front back to the west begins to move on in. but sunny sky for your tuesday, and light winds out of the south, it latest be much warmer in some spots than it was today. fair skies tomorrow night, will get cool but not as chilly as tonight. then the next front moves in,

take over, tough to call exactly the hour that the showers and forms will develop. but is there a good bet in the great north woods at any time in the afternoon, best shot central southern new hampshire, probably after two or three in the afternoon, through the early to mid part of the evening. once that front clears, we're in the clear but also it cools back down for thursday and friday. there you go, get out and vote, weather will not get in the way. and a beautiful september 13th on your tuesday, lower 80's on average throu hampshire, lower 80's central and upper 70's in the great north woods and northern parts of the white mountains. we've got the full sunshine out there statewide. more sun early on wednesday, and then the shower and storm threat increases in the afternoon into the evening. fall-like feel for thursday, early friday. late friday a little bit milder, and then slightly warmer for the weekend, shower or storm threat probably not until saturday night or sunday.
