is being held for the murder of 51-year-old joe ann boucher. her body was found at her danville home last week. >> the state is alleging that you knowingly cautioned the death of another, joe ann boucher, date of birth february 21, 1965, by stabbing her with a knife. reporter: authorities say they believe boucher was killed sometime around september 2, but her body wasn't found until a 1 later. officials would not say who made that emergency call. moore is a registered sex offender with a 1998 aggravated sexual assault conviction. he was arrested in manchester last friday, but his address is listed as boucher's home in danville. moore appeared emotional, wiping his eyes several times during today's very brief hearing. authorities would not talk about a possible motive.
