jennifer vaughn. jamie: i'm jamie staton. shots were reportedded on merrimack street, leadi on onto an investigation that locked down the street. reporter: jamie, the investigation is still ongoing, the attorney general's office is trying to find out exactly what happened last night. here's what we do know. last night around 6:45 a corner of merrimack and beach streets in manchester. this was the scene as police were investigating for hours. thean who was shot was identified as 25-year-old jonathan vasquez ojeda, he died from his injuries later at the hospital. an autopsy revealedded that a gunshot wound to the chest was the cause of death. it an area that's gotten a lot of calls about shootings in

officials say right now it's not a real problem. but if it continues into the winter, the more serious it could become. the director of the manchester water works says the water level at lake massabesic is down about a foot from where it should be, but is still nott a danger level. manchester's water supply services 160,000 customers in seven communities, so far they are only asking that customers voluntarily conserve water limiting t waring and washing cars. two boat launches have been closedded at massabesic because of the dry conditions, but officials say that's the only real impact the droughts that had in manchester so far. consumers, but again we ask all of our rate payers to conserve water. it's a valued resource, you should never waste waterny ways. reporter: state officia say

the reason they're seeing north of these cases is because of the proliferation of mobile recording devices and their small size. 23-year-old zachary bishop admitted to recording two young girls as they undressed in a target dressing room in bedford. as part of the plea bargain, bishop pled guilty to two counts of violation of privacy. back on june 22, bishop recorded the two girls, ages 14 and 16, in the dressing room of the target on south river road. bishop admitting dressing look adjacent to the girls. >> one of the twoemales did observe something suspicious, reacted to it, confronted the individual, which we don't recommend, but nestles she did. the subject fled. reporter: that led to an investigation and bishop was subsequently identified and arrested. the chief says this case should serve as a warning to everyone to be aware of their surroundings. >> certainly if they see anyone that is acting suspicious, out ordinary, certainly anyone

cooler today. as the high pressure starts to move off toward the east, the wind will shift to be more out of the south tomorrow, and that will mean slightly warmer temperatures, and if you're looking for rainfall, you gotta look close. look toward the west, that's the only rain that we have anywhere close by to us, and eventually that will get closer to us as we get into the weekend. look at the high temperatures today, it was a little cool, yes. we were used to temperatures 70's and 80's. we got to 67 in in concord. the average high for this time in september is about 73. so we're right there in most locations. at least from concord and points south. that's where the temperatures remain at the moment. concord at 73, but it already cool up north, 64 degrees in whitefield and littleton, so it's goingo be real chilly in the northern community overnight. 7:00 a.m. tomorrow morning at the bus stop for the kids, it's going to be chilly, definitely
