saying he received a panel at his house that he did not order. then he realized he was locked out of his e-mail and amazon accounts. police say the suspects used the victim's name and credit cards to buy camera equipment and gold coins totaling nearly $10,000. investigators learned the suspects picked up the camera equipment on august 26 at a u.p.s. warehouse in dover where they were caught on video surveillance. one of them packages using the victim's name. >> we just tell our residents to be vigilant, don't give out your personal information on your social media or the phone, if anything seems suspicious to them it probably is. reporter: if you suspect something like this is happening to you, police would like to hear from you. also anyone with information on

jennifer: a criminal complaint has been filed against a salem mother who apparently overdosed right next to her young daughter. video of the incident is disturbing and heartbreaking. the complaint accuses mandy mcgowan of reckless endangerment of a child, the video shows her in i lawrence, massachusetts dollar store, passed out in an aisle with her 2-year-old trying to wake her up. police say they found drug related items in the diaper bag. custody. tom: the trial of a barrington man under way, charged with negligent homicide. prosecutors say shaw's blood alcohol was almost twice the legal limit and that he crossed the center line on route 202, hitting another vehicle head on. a maine minister and his wife died in that 2013 crash. but defense attorneys suggest the victims may have drifted into the on coming lane of traffic. and shaw was swerving to avoid

quarterbacks, that's in sports. back to you. tom: thanks. the fourth annual new hampshire tackles hunger food drive is this weekend. jennifer: you can donate nonperishable food items at 15 high school football games across the state and more again tomorrow. cherise leclerc is live from nashua with how you can get involved. reporter: that's right. a lot of people are getting involved tonight, i want to show you the food that's been collected. minutes ago at 6:00, look at all this terrific food they've already gathered here. what's interesting about nashua north and nashua south is each of those schools actually have their own food pantry, so all of this wonderful food that's been so generously donated, that will go right back to those schools for students and their families to use, and they've had those for about six years now. but when new hampshire tackles hunger came about, they said this is a great boost for them,

this is not the only game that's collecting food. there are 15 games across the granite state tonight doing this, 12 games tomorrow as well. can you fine the full schedule on our website, wmur.com. also on our mobile app, this is the fourth year they've done this, and to tell but the importance of collecting all this food, about one in nine people are going hungry or at least are food deprived in the granite state. so they say that's why we need to make this big push every year, the fourth year of new past three years combined they've collected about 125,000 pounds of food and that's all going right back into these neighborhoods. you get a dollar off admission if you bring a nonperishable food item in. and it's so greatly appreciated by these local communities. tom: thank you. still to come at 6:00, a gas leak causes vaccinations in

jennifer: tonight is new hampshire tackles hunger at friday night football. they collect donations for food pantries all over the state. tom: hayley lapoint is at spaulding high school in rochester where donations are already coming in. hale lee? hayley: they're coming in in full force. look at this truck here, girls say hi, everybody. look at all the food they have, they've filled up the back of

developing right at the coastline, and there are some showers creeping in just over the border right now in southern parts of vermont and eastern new york state. it's along a cool front that's our main weather player between now and the start of the weekend. that front means a wind shift out of the north is already developing, driving in much cooler air. in terms of the chance of rain, as can you see, it's drying out across the north country, down into portions of the lakes region and upper valley. could be a couple of widely scattered light showers from altoay of this developing band of showers between now and about midnight tonight, mainly from concord and points south. so have the umbrella and the rain gear ready in case you get steadier rain for a couple of hours. temperatures will be the big story from here on out through the course of the weekend, already 50's and 60's. we end up in the 30's north, 40's south as we go into early tomorrow morning, a couple of very low 50's, right at the coast, and in places like

again during the day on sunday or sunday night, early monday, even colder air bleeds in from the north and that means a good shot of some frost in many parts of the state by early monday morning. as for the average date of the first frost, already gone by that point in the great north woods and white mountains, between september 20 and 30. the end of the month of course right in the time zone we are right now in places like meredith and concord, the monadnock region, lower parts of th then a little later, early october for manchester to the coast. not anticipating to hit frost levels at the coast during early monday morning. but in area of light blue could see their first frost during early on monday morning. so keep that in mind. tomorrow night the first frost up north in some spots. clear skies building to our north and west, that means sunshine for each of the weekend days. but before we get there, there's that band of steady rain that may develop in the coming hours from concord points south, could

some spots, maybe a bit more where you get a downpour, then back to full sunshine with a few fair weather clouds tomorrow. more sun on sunday. but squeezed in 2010, very chilly readings for tomorrow night and even a bit colder as we go into early on monday morning. as for highs tomorrow, this is it, upper 50's north, lower to mid 60's south. very close to the average, but for the first time in over 30 days we're going to see daytime highs just a little bit lower than the average for this time of year. then a littleoo into sunday, heading up to loudon for the big race. that's the bad boy off road 300 that tom is all excited about. lower 60's, so dress for the cooler weather, highs on sunday mid 50's north and lower 60's in southern new hampshire. beyond that it does gradually warm up a little after a frosty start for some, mainly concord north and west early monday. we'll see full sunshine, mid 60's south, upper 50's north, best chance of rain between the start of the weekend and early
