tom: donald trump's the day in the granite state. mike pence held a rally in milford this afternoon. his fourth trip to new hampshire since joining the donald trump ticket. he says he feels the republican party is coming together at the right time. >> until recently, it seemed he was out there fighting all on his own. the movement is coming together. on message with the promise of a stronger economy and military saying hillary clinton personified the status quo. the clinton and donald trump are expected to make stops in the granite state this week. clinton will be here for a rally at unh on wednesday with bernie sanders. emil trump will be at the new hampshire's sports in bedford on thursday.

officer on sunday. the attorney general's office is investigating the deadly shooting. police responded to congress state sunday morning and were confronted by woody lafond. he was shot and killed by police. luckily, no officers were hurt in the incident. salem police are putting out a warning for anyone that filled up at two gas stations in town after skimming devices were found on four pumps. have been there. kristen pope is live in salem with how dangerous these devices can be. kristen: these devices have the ability to clone your credit card information and steal your identity. salem police are looking into surveillance footage to see who is responsible for installing these skimmers. when you pull up to a gas station, you expect to get your tank filled but police say

keep monitoring the situation, not ruling out any mandatory restrictions if the trend continues. or now, they are asking people to be smart in hopes that the water level returns to normal by the spring. tom: drought conditions are raising the concern about fire danger. according to the state division of forest and lance, outdoor fires are banned in nine communities. kensington is the latest to join the list. drought has led to dangerously dry conditions but it is also drying of the ponds that supply the fire department. >> this time of year, they may be burning yard debris. it is also the time of year when it is nice to sit outside and enjoy the cool, fall air by the fireplace. they are asking for those activities to stop.
