where we are in terms of the drought we have extreme conditions through most areas of southern and eastern new hampshire. not much better to the north. the good news is we have clouds spreading in right now although there is sunshine on the tiptop of north country. it is rain that is moving in the south and it will be moving in very slowly to the north. as ret o it to the border. there will be embedded downpours and it could really rain at times. by the time all is said and done , we can of one to two inches in the worst of the drought areas. it will not solve the drought but it could certainly help. josh: potentially very good news. now to that horrific train crash during rush hour in new jersey.

station in hoboken yesterday, killing one and injuring more than a hundred people. abc's stephanie ramos is in hoboken with more as the ntsb continues their investigation. >> i noticed that the train wasn't slowing down. so i got confused, but by the time i realized what had happened, we had already ran through the platform. stephanie: the horrific train crash happening so fast at one of new york city's busiest commuter hubs. >> we did have access to the locomotive. stephanie: ntsb investigators say they found one data recorder last night in the locomotive but are looking for a 2nd near the front of the train. as well as cameras. but it is hard to get to because part of the terminal's roof collapsed in the crash. >> people were running every way. stephanie: the most severely injured passengers were found in the first train car, many of them trapped, scrambling to get out any way they could. rahman perkins found the woman who lost her life when she was hit by flying debris. >> i just tried to comfort her as much as i can. i was like, miss, i'm not gonna leave you. i'm not gonna let you -- if you're gonna die, you're not

had recently taken to court entitled identifying the impostor, in which the suspect is able to purchase all the information needed to pose as someone from printer rico -- puerto rico. he is actually from the dominican republic. police say the officer noticed that the car had been stopped there. according to police, he was deported back felony drug offenses but as he was being booked in manchester, he gave police a false name. in the affidavit, the officer in charge said he compared photo on file and was able to determine that the suspect is not the same man. police say he entered a social security number than action think belongs to a woman -- actually belongs to a woman. >> he has taken other steps to

fingerprints. ray: in addition to identity fraud, he faces several other charges including conduct after an accident. his they'll has been set at $20,000 cash. ray brewer, wmur news 9. josh: a keene woman who claimed a man beat her is now charged with filing a false police report. police say emily elliot filed a report in july that a man who -- accusing a man who took her out on a date with that she was create injuries and posted pictures of them to facebook. the state medical examiner determined the injuries weren't consistent with a beating. the national guard was called in to help rescue an injured hiker in franconia. fish and game officers say a man from florida suffered serious head and neck injuries when he fell on the falling waters trails. the national guard used a helicopter to take him to dartmouth-hitchcock. more than a dozen people were stuck for hours on a ride at the big-e in massachusetts last night.

we having courage it all the way to 60 nashua. over 50's everywhere else. 50's up north. still just a little bit of sunshine out there. we have high clouds streaming in north of the white mountains. there is rain not too far away, lining right up across the south coast of massachusetts, rhode island, connecticut. here. once it does come with the latter part of the evening commute and overnight hours, there will be downpours. not just this one way. it will be followed by a few others. this pinwheel of misfortune is spinning in place over indiana and the ohio river valley sending streams of moisture into new hampshire. but we needed.

everyone can enjoy. risotto with panseared duck breast, cabernet command green beans. kristen: it looks delicious. walk me through what happens. tom: i have a duck breast here that through the magic of television i have crisped up in the pen. josh -- kristen: it is already done. parts is to save the pan used to chris -- crisp up the duck and you use that to make your sauce. a lot of flavor. you don't want to lose any of that stuff. for the wine into the pan and let it reduce a little bit. kristen: while we are doing this, tell me about the wine you are holding.

daughter. it is cabernet sauvignon with a little syrah and zinfandel. we believe that wine should be the slave of the food. the food is the most important thing. wine's job is to make the food taste better and enhance a conversation with friends. kristen: absolutely. talk to me about the announcement you have, the open. will happen on thursday, yesterday. 30,000 square feet. largest store in the state. it is beautiful. it has an amazing selection of wines and spirits on seen previously in the state. it will be a consumer friendly experience. kristen: that sounds amazing. we're making progress over here, tom it is smelling

reduce to down a little bit. a technique that we use to make sauces richer and more flavorful as we blend some butter in. take a little bit of cold butter. important that it is cold or you end up with a broken sauce. use world that in -- you swirl that in. risotto. -- truffle mushroom risotto. risotto can be daunting for people because it has a lot of steps. but if it gets too thick, add a little bit of water to it. kristen: i really want to see what this is going to look like. tom: i will finish with a truffle oil. everyone loves truffle oil.
