good morning, ray. ray: good morning. police say it is a dangerous situation. it is fortunate that no one was hurt. police were first called to the recycling business in bowe around 3:00 for a domestic disturbance where 54-year-old pete emanuel used the front end loader to tip over another piece of construction equipment while someone was inside. emanuel was still driving the loader when they turn the machine off, and drove into a building. >> at one point as we approached the building and got close to it, he backed it out toward the officers. certainly there could have been some severe injuries that big piece of equipment. ray: police say emanuel abandoned the loader near several dumpsters and ran across the street and took off in a company vehicle while officers

the normal fog-prone areas early this morning, you are going to want to take a few extra minutes. from there, one or two notches warmer for tomorrow. that will be with sunshine and a light wind as well. a couple of banner autumn days for us. we need the rain and the one rain chance looks to come on the first of the three days over the holiday weekend. we'll start with sunshine or patchy fog on saturday. then we'll add clouds in the afternoon. anywhere after 2:00 or 3:00 there will be the risk of a couple of showers coming through. that will be fairly brief. sunshine and the cooler temperatures. you can see the awl eye starting to redevelop through the bahamas and approaching the east central florida as either a strong category 3 or a category 4 hurricane sometime later tonight and early tomorrow. the track of the system hasn't changed much over the last 24 hours. if anything, the track remains suppressed to the south and could be matthew into the middle of next week. a weaker version.
