downstream from already flooded areas are being told to move to higher ground as rivers continue to rise. at least 35 deaths are now blamed on mooatthew in this country. russian president putin postponed a visit to france in an apparent disagreement over syria. he was scheduled to take part in the opening of a new russian orthodox church, but french leaders revised the visit saying it would be about syria instead, and putin backed out. tensions have been building since russia blocked a u.n. resolution for a cease fire. in the syria city of aleppo, the humanitarian crisis continues to get worse and worse. amateur video shows a boy pulled from the rubble after the area was hit by an air strike. the child was carried by workers, but his is not known. at least 41 people were killed yesterday. back in this country, this might be a first for a walmart checkout line. >> so she went shopping outside of provo, utah to pick up supplies for her child.
