shelley: and i'm shell ill-cal -- shell ill-walcott. concern in meredith tonight after authorities announce they're still searching for a man suspected of shooting a woman. >> they haven't caught him yet? >> no. yes, it does concern me. >> police condition verged on webster highway after they got a credible tip about jason piccolo. he shot a the head on tuesday. they found victim at a home on arlene drive bleeding but still alive. he fled the scene in a stolen car that was later found in meredith. and today someone called them reporting they saw him. >> we've got several tips and the most reliable the latest one he was recently mean? this area. they have this description of the suspect.

>> tonight, the man accused of starting a fire at a bridgewater mobile home behind bars, officers arrested tyler prescott in connection to a fire at his mobile home on mayhewn turnpike. he's facing felony arson charges along with criminal threatening charges. authorities would not comment on a possible motive. >> it was a fire in home. we've identified that. one of the residents that live there had is responsible for the fire. we've issued a warrant for his arrest and he was taken into custody. tom: the probably cause hear willing likely be held next week. shelley: tillton police say 33-year-old jessica allen is wanted on two sales of a narcotic drug and possession with intent to distribute charges. those charges are part of a joint police investigation.

hoboken train crash. the ntsb heavy damage is harpering the investigation. -- hampering the investigation. the propulsion system was destroyed in the crash. the justice department is move forward with police use of force data. they begin the pilot program early next year. law enforcement agencys will collect data on how n civilians die in police custody. the earliest participants will be the largest law enforcement agencies. tom: the death toll is growing from hurricane matthew. 38 people have died. 22 of those deaths were in north carolina. meanwhile crews are still searching for survivor there is. and new hampshire volunteers have been deployed down south in order to offer assistance. problem down there was all that heavy rain they got and the

even though temperatures dip over the next couple of days, i would say sunday at or above normal temperatures yet again. we're not talking about summer warmth but at least temperatures again above where they should be for the midpart of october. sunshine for tomorrow and that basically locks in for saturday and sunday. you'll see here on futurecast outside of a little bit of fog early, it's mostly clear skies not only for tomorrow but into tomorrow night and with light winds that will allow temperatures to really more sun on saturday and even more as we go into the day on sunday. as for the highs tomorrow, we'll be cooler than today. topped off 60's to lower 70's today. but tomorrow low to mid 50's north. mid 50's in the region. mid to upper 50's in the valleys. and upper 50's to around 60 south. upper 50's along the coast. so where do we go from here? take a look at your weekend,
