live there tonight. mike? reporter: tonight the restaurant is closed until further notice. two of the victims are women and one is a man, but it's unclear how badly they were hurt. just before 2:00 this afternoon nashua fire was calledded to the bertucci's restaurant on amherst street. firefighter say an 8 by the 12-foot decorative ceiling fixture called a cloud feature fell on the victims. two are and fire marshal's office are trying to figure out why this happened. firefighter say the seal piece is heavy and luckily no one was trapped underneath when it they got here. >> it's a decorative section of the ceiling that is right under the skylight, so it kind of like darkens the room a little bit. and it's called a cloud feature.

whether or not the restaurant gets cited. mike cronin, wmur news 9. jennifer: a suspect who was the focus of a manhunt after being accused of shooting a woman in the head is being held in jail tonight. suzanne roantree live in laconia with more on what court documents say happened. reporter: belmont police say it was on last tuesday afternoon that they received a 911 call reporting that somebody had been shot at 24 arlene dri belmont. when they arrived they found a 33-year-old woman with a gun shot wound to the head. police say the 911 call came from a woman living in the house who said she heard a loud noise in the basement where four people her husband knew had spent the night. court documents say when she went to investigate she heard a woman say, he hurt me, and then saw a man run outside. the court document goods onto say that when she went to confront him he pointed the gun at her and said don't make me do

next couple days tomorrow in concord it 85 and wednesday 82. so we probably won't break those, but we are come close. 50's to the north, 60's and 70's elsewhere right now with clouds increasing and some showers on the approach. but guess what, that's a warm front that's heading in our direction, and there's also some possible rain. we'll take a deeper look at the doppler radar and your seven-day outlook coming up. tom: dramatic images from the seacoast tonight as the king tide hit this year, causing sea levels to rise two to three feet, enough to cause predictable flooding in some areas. but experts say that this is what will happen every day a few decades from now. jennifer crompton is live from portsmouth to explain. reporter: well, where i'm standing i would have been well under water at 12:30 today when the high tide hit. but because it's a king tide it was at least two feet above normal. that means it was nipping at the top of the retaining walls in in

random sprinkles in southern new hampshire right now. the temperature has fallen a little, but still in the 70's which is unbelievable. the southwest wind about 6 miles per hour. here's your current temperatures around the rest of the state. 60's at the coast, 70's still hanging on in the merrimack valley and 60's elsewhere. 50's in northern new hampshire where the skies are still clear, but clouds are on their way in, that will slow down your temperature tumble and you'll bottom out in the 40's. so did we set a record today? no. the record in cco wednesday's record is 82. and a weird coincidence, portsmouth the next three days all the records are 80 degrees. there's a chance we'll be near or touch the record in the next couple days, but probably not. here's the warm front that will do its best to get us close to those readings. look how these showers are riding along the warm front. as that warm front transitions eastward over us it could steer these showers right over us, linger tonight, especially
