but this morning newly released notes from fbi interviews about clinton's private server, in them, what republicans are calling this bombshell. an fbi staffer accuses a top state department official of pressuring the bureau to declarify an e-mail found on that server. the fbi staffer telling investigators the request ammed to a quote, quid pro quo adding in exchange for marking the e-mail unclassified, state would reciprocate by allowing the fbi countries where they are presently forbidden. the fbi and state department say the deal never happened. there was no quid pro quo and that the e-mail in question rem remained classified. >> there was no quid pro quo. >> this shows corruption at the highest level and we can't let it happen as american citizens. >> reporter: clinton's team still feeling confident about the election expanding efforts

fatality, but have you ever heard of anything like this? >> no, michael. this is an outrageous case. this woman crenshanda williams may have hung up on thousands of callers and as you said two really serious cases, one involving an armed robbery where there was a fatal shooting and a second one involving a woman who became unconscious. her husband's calling 911 talking to miss williams trying to administer cpr and she hangs up on him. now, f survived this ordeal. but these are very serious accusations against someone who was entrusted with a very serious job of providing emergency assistance and she just said she didn't have time for the callers. >> accusations, areva and also charges. two misdemeanor charges. what do you make of that? >> well, i think the law that's being used to prosecute miss williams wasn't really designed for someone in her situation.

after a piece of ceiling fell on them at bertucci's restaurant in nashua. firefighters were called to the restaurant on amherst street yesterday afternoon. they say an 8 by 12 foot decorative part of the ceiling, called a cloud feature, fell on two customers and an employee. now, the city is trying to figure out how it happened. the restaurant will be closed until the investigation is complete. we are following a developing story out of albany. crews were called to the scene of this fire overnight. you can see the flames in this video. at this time, fire officials are not releasing any details, but we will keep you posted as we learn any new information. a drug bust in manchester landed a suspected dealer behind bars. police say luis ramos torres was arrested on friday, following a search at his home on lake avenue. investigators seized a loaded gun, six grams of cocaine, and five grams of heroin. ramos torres is now charged with selling drugs. very warm out there yesterday. going to be more warm temps today, but clouds to o. kevin: lingering class likely keep certain areas in the 60's while others will get into the
