reporter: neighbors will be keeping an extra close watch on the boy and this will us an extra police patrols in the area. tom: tonight a ware man is behind bars, accusedded of using a computer to meet up with an underage girl. it started with an ad on craigslist. mike cronin has more. reporter: the suspect was arrested this morning, four months after the department of homeland security began this investigation. 38-year-old donald malette is charged with certain u falsifying evidence. according to police an undercover federal agent saw a craigslist ad that malette allegedly posted looking for a mother and daughter. investigators aren't commenting specifically on what the ad said, but say when he wanted to do is disturbing, and police say the alleged crimes didn't meet standards for federal prosecution, so ware police got involved so he would face state charges. >> we're still trying to compile

there, peak right now in many parts of central and southern new hampshire. also notice towards the last hour or two here look at the fog settle in, the visibility cut down, under a mile in some spots. but that will slow you down as you're traveling over the next few hours. temperatures in the 50's and lower 60's. but not too far to our south and west, not only is it warmer but it almost feels like early summer with temperatures near 80 in burlington, lower 80's albany, new york, southwestern in the upper 70's to low 80's. and that's just sitting on our doorstep waiting for a wind to turn to the southwest. today it's been out of the southeast, and during the overnight stretch it will turn to the southwest. that means temperatures will actually warm during the overnight into early tomorrow morning. force that warmth it extends back to about chicago before it begins to cool back to normal, back to the upper midwest in the northern part of the plains states. overnight tonight we may see

the mid 50's, lower 50's in the lakes region, near 60 in the upper valley and monadnock. but then temperatures will rise during the late part of the overnight into early tomorrow morning. it's all ahead of this boundary that is moving in from the west. and with that cold front a couple of shower chances will come in. first up north, mid evening through the first part of the overnight. and then very late during the overnight in southern sections and all the clouds exit early tomorrow morning. here's a look at the timeline, there in some spots this evening and then the best chance of showers will develop up north sometime after say 9:00 or 10:00. extending through about one, two, three in the morning. while in southern zones the shower chances increase after midnight, but they'll be few and far between, only give it about a 20% chance of a shower south of the lakes region during the overnight. early morning patchy clouds, then developing sun during the rate morning and afternoon. just about a lock tomorrow, because the wind flow will be
