trainees, and started a battle to rescue 200 others. more than 88 people were wounded, suffering gunshot wounds, some sustaining injuries after jumping off the roof to escape the attack. the government says between four and six attackers, at least three gunmen approached the training center shooting the guard in the watchtower first, and then entering the training center. two attackers then exploded suicide vests. the counterterrorism operation was long and bloody. video from the scene shows ambulances rushing out of the main entrance and fire engines rushing in. it was the army and the frontier corp. who fought back. these attacks are not rare. this part of pakistan is constantly simmering. an ongoing low level insurgency with separatists and islamistis groups launching attacks in the
