winchester. police used cell phone pings. the alleged victim was not injured and police spoke with rosario at that time, but let him go while they investigated the next day, however they issued an arrest warrant on charges of domestic violence , simple assault and false imprisonment. rosario turned himself in to police that night and was released. the couple does have a child the couple does have a child together but police say that way. rosario is scheduled to be arraigned first thing this morning. sean: state police say a teenager was drunk when they clocked him driving more than 100 miles per hour on interstate 93. 19-year-old ryan dicicco of hudson faces several charges including aggravated dwi and reckless driving. police say they clocked him going 108 miles per hour and swerving all over the road on saturday he is due in court in a couple weeks. three pedestrians including two children are recovering this morning after they were struck

driving drunk. the driver was stopped around 11:00 last night. he was arrested and charged with dui. his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit. two skiers are safe after being rescued from mount washington. fish and game officers say the men were trying to ski down the ammonoosuc ravine trail yesterday when it got dark. the skiers only had one light, which ended up failing. they used their cell phone to f when rescuers found the men the -- they were cold and wet but ok. sean: now to a bizarre story out of laconia. right now police are looking for the victim of a motorcycle accident. the crash happened early yesterday morning at the intersection of stark street and union avenue. police say a motorcyclist hit a utility pole but when officers arrived, the rider was gone. witnesses say the man hit his head on the pole and was lying face down on the ground before he was taken away from the
