the morning commute as you make your way from plymouth down through concord and into salem. no problems on 293 and good news. the exit for onramp has finally reopened. in massachusetts, all major roads are up to speed. of kidnapping his girlfriend last week is due in court today. sean: victor rosario turned himself into police on friday night, a day after he was initially interviewed. ray brewer is outside to explain. ray: this all started on thursday when police say victor rosario went to his girlfriend's

winchester. police used cell phone pings. the alleged victim was not injured and police spoke with rosario at that time, but let him go while they investigated the next day, however they issued an arrest warrant on charges of domestic violence , simple assault and false imprisonment. rosario turned himself in to police that night and was released. the couple does have a child the couple does have a child together but police say that way. rosario is scheduled to be arraigned first thing this morning. sean: state police say a teenager was drunk when they clocked him driving more than 100 miles per hour on interstate 93. 19-year-old ryan dicicco of hudson faces several charges including aggravated dwi and reckless driving. police say they clocked him going 108 miles per hour and swerving all over the road on saturday he is due in court in a couple weeks. three pedestrians including two children are recovering this morning after they were struck

salem, massachusetts last night. police say a 10-year-old girl was taken to mass general hospital and another child was treated a local hospital. investigators say the driver a 52-year-old man from beverly, mass later returned to the scene and was arrested on charged , including oh ui. police say halloween is one of the busiest times of the year in salem, which is known for the witch trials attracting tourists from around the world. erin: the fbi has now obtained warrant to begin reviewing newly discovered emails that officials think may be relevant to the hillary clinton email server investigation. clinton is trying to move past the new developments while donald trump is jumping on the revelations. meanshile a new abc news poll shows the two locked in a dead heat with just a week of campaigning left. abc's stephanie ramos reports. >> good morning. eight days until the election

driving drunk. the driver was stopped around 11:00 last night. he was arrested and charged with dui. his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit. two skiers are safe after being rescued from mount washington. fish and game officers say the men were trying to ski down the ammonoosuc ravine trail yesterday when it got dark. the skiers only had one light, which ended up failing. they used their cell phone to f when rescuers found the men the -- they were cold and wet but ok. sean: now to a bizarre story out of laconia. right now police are looking for the victim of a motorcycle accident. the crash happened early yesterday morning at the intersection of stark street and union avenue. police say a motorcyclist hit a utility pole but when officers arrived, the rider was gone. witnesses say the man hit his head on the pole and was lying face down on the ground before he was taken away from the

police believe he may have been picked up by friends. anyone with information is asked to contact the laconia police department. erin: kids across the state will be out trick-or-treating today and local police departments are asking everyone to stay vigilant. the portsmouth police department posted a list of ways to stay safe which include wearing , costumes with visible colors or reflective tape. carrying a flashlight staying on the sidewalks and respecting other people's property. parents are also encouraged to look through their kids' candy to make sure nothing looks out of the ordy. >> i like candy too. wait until you get home and have your parents look at it and make sure nothing looks suspicious. the biggest thing is that we want everyone to have a good time and be safe. erin: you can find a list of trick or treat times on our website. sean: if you are looking for more technological ways to have a happy halloween there are some apps for that. one of them, called picniic has a family locator feature, which shows parents where their kids are in real time.

kevin: halloween morning with clouds continuing to wither away, setting up a good reason the northwest through the afternoon. temperatures today will be in the 40's with a northwest wind. all the details of the forecast going forward through the week is coming up in a bit. sean: people in italy are dealing with a major mess caused by another powerful earthquake. erin: the 6.6 magnitude earthquake hit yesterday and was centered in a mountainous area. it was the strongest tremor to hit italy in more than 3 decades.

, injuring about twenty people. this was the third major earthquake to rattle italy in just one week. it struck in the same area as another powerful quake that hit on august 24. that tremor killed nearly 300 people. sean: a halloween party in texas took a terrifying turn when police say two men opened fire. police say 5 people were injured in the shooting. they say one of the gunmen was dressed up as freddy kruger. investigators say the men started firing after they got into a fight with someone else at the party. so far no arrests have been made. erin: we are learning new details about a fire that broke out on an american airlines plane in chicago forcing passengers to scurry to safety. federal officials are now pointing to a rare and serious type of engine failure for causing friday's fire. they say just before takeoff parts of the engine flew a quarter mile through the air.

they played the themes from horror movies like "halloween" and "psycho" as the band members created formations including ghosts in a graveyard an interpretation of the psycho shower scene and the ride of the headless horseman. hold on a second, it is coming up. interesting. how do you do that while you play an instrument? erin: it's amazing. a restaurant in china is giving guests the opportunity to enjoy a gourmet meal on a jet without having to fly anywhere. class dining experience back in september. the restaurant was built from a boeing 737 at a cost of about $5 million. sean: right now, it only offers french and russian cuisine. each meal costs between $50-$60. we do see this in diners, with trains.
