collapsed in bow. this accident happening at the scene of the new public safety complex. first responders were called to the scene on knox road around 10:00 this morning. town officials confirmed that 2 workers were injured in this. construction is halted at this hour. ocean investigators are trying to figure out what caused the truss to collapse. we will bring you more details we will bring you more details as soon as we learn them. kidnapped his girlfriend from her workplace, faced a judge today. victor rosario faces three charges for the incident that had police in two states looking for him. ray brewer is live outside the court, where he spoke to the defendant, who says that we are misreading the situation. ray: that's correct, sean. victor rosario says that what happened on thursday was not a big deal, and police say he told them he gets into fights all the time with his girlfriend just

two counts of domestic violence, simple assault, and one count of false imprisonment. rosario says the whole case against him is a misunderstanding. last thursday afternoon police say rosario went to his girlfriend's workplace in londonderry and dragged her from the building. a coworker calling 911. rosario says he was just walking side by side with her as they left the building. >> she was walking with me, so there was no out. ray: police say that rosario forced her into his car, and then drove to worcester. rosario says he was going there to sell his car. while he was in worcester, police used cell phone pings to locate rosario, and he was stopped. again, rosario disagrees with that version of events. >> i pulled over and there were cop passed by and then he turned around. i got out from my car and went to talk to him and we went from there. ray: rosario was questioned and

arrest warned for him, and he turned himself in. rosario says that he and his girlfriend have been together for three years and have a baby together. the child was not involved in thursday's incident, and the girlfriend was not injured. and rosario says he would never hurt his girlfriend. however according to court paperwork, he told police that the 3 scars on his abdomen were from a recent suicide attempt, and that attempting suicide was the only way to get his girlfriend to stay with him. rosario is free on personal recognizance bail. however, he has been ordered to stay away from his girlfriend. he is due back in court on december 6. reporting live in derry, ray brewer, wmur news 9. sean: a manchester firefighter is charged with domestic violence, simple assault. james langley pled not guilty monday morning in derry circuit court. according to police shortly before 9:00 saturday night,

that langley had been drinking. as part of his bail langley was ordered to stay away from alcohol, and have no contact with the victim. a concord man is accused of driving the wrong way on interstate 393 while allegedly driving drunk. the driver was stopped around 11 11:00 last night. police say he was arrested and charged with dwi, reckless conduct, and having an open container. troopers say his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit. a big night for ghosts and goblins around the granite at here in the queen city. you'll want to bundle up before heading out trick-or-treating tonight. and even the folks up at the mount washington observatory are getting into the halloween spirit. meteorologist kevin skarupa joins us with our trick-or-treating forecast. kevin: that is not the place you want to trick-or-treat tonight with the windchill below zero. earlier this morning, inmate it was going to be a pretty brisk day for us here.

has turned both campaigns upside down. as donald trump pounces on the news. mr. trump: this is the biggest political scandal since watergate. maggie: hillary clinton shakes it off. ms. clinton: there's a lot of noise and distraction but really comes down to what kind of future we want. maggie: the distraction came late friday when fbi director james comey sent a letter to lawmakers in congress, revealing that newly flagged emails were found on the laptop of hillary clinton's top aide huma abedin and her estranged husband, anthony weiner. federaen comey until thursday. team clinton calling it unfair treatment, questioning comey's motivation for making the new review public since there is no evidence of wrongdoing by clinton. >> it was long an innuendo, short on facts. >> there's hypotheticals flying all over the place. maggie: trump using the newly reignited investigation as ammunition as he moves his campaign into previously democratic states.

here in michigan since 1988. polls show hillary clinton with a 6-8-point lead. but donald trump is making an unexpected final week push to flip this state from blue to red. maggie: the latest abc news tracking poll has the candidates neck and neck, with clinton with only a one-point lead over trump. at this point last week clinton was up by double digits. we saw the gap narrow over the course of the week but friday's game. maggie rulli, abc news, washington. sean: and with one week to go before election day, the clinton and trump campaigns are focused on winning the granite state. this week, both chelsea clinton and bernie sanders will be in new hampshire campaigning on behalf of hillary clinton. senator sanders will hold get out the vote rallies tomorrow in plymouth and hanover. and chelsea clinton will make stops in hanover and keene on friday. meantime, the stage is almost set for our granite state debates, which start tomorrow night at saint anselm college

activated after a roofing truss came down on two workers. >> they were installing the roof, the truss collapsed, we had two workers transported to the hospital. at this point we don't know their condition. osha is on-site doing the investigation. amy: both men were transported to an area hospital and we have no word as to the condition at this hour. in bow, amy coveno, wmur pictures of the fire truck crash at back bay. there are other vehicles involved in this crash with the fire truck. this crash blocking a busy intersection. the week-long hunt for an oklahoma fugitive is now over. police shot and killed michael vance, jr., sunday night after a shootout. when the authorities caught up

one officer was wounded initial the -- in the shoulder. >> we were able to get troopers in the vicinity fairly quickly and they confronted vance just north of here, where there was a pretty furious gun battle that raged for some time, and ultimately vance was killed at the scene. sean: vance had been on the run since a shootout that left two officers hurt. he's also accused of killing two relatives, and bragging about his alleged crimes on social media. a new study shows a wearable skin patch could help children who are allergic to peanuts. the patch delivers small doses of peanut protein. a study found nearly half of those treated with the patch were able to consume at least 10 times more peanut protein than before treatment. the patch has not been approved yet by the food and drug administration. but good news for allergy sufferers. meantime can weather has improved in time for trick-or-treating. kevin: the sky has brightened, anyway.

time of year. mark: ice, mild flavor, easy to work with. add a tablespoon of brown sugar. low bit of cinnamon and a little bit of close and a pinch of salt. and that will make a nice crepe batter and we have the nice pan, nonstick. i have some better ready to go. -- batter ready to go. sean: crepes pancake. mark: i think they were invented in france. scroll that around and let that cook. also, maple cream, 2 cups of light cream and 2 cups of real maple syrup. sean: that's a lot of maple syrup. mark: oh, yeah, you got to have it. you can use the fake if you wanted. sean: no one wants to do that. mark: brown sugar, half a cup, and 4 tablespoons of cornstarch.

it makes a really nice syrup. you got it started over medium heat for five minutes or so before it heats up to 180 degrees and it starts to thicken. as that is going, our crepe -- sean: i wish i could do that in my kitchen. i can't. mark: we make 400 crepes a week come easily. sean: about a minute left. mark: here is the finished product. sean crepe. mark: no, it is not filled. this is pumpkin-incorporated crepe and we top it with a maple cream. sean: oh, my goodness. mark: you can also put brown sugar on their, walnuts. sean: some of the other dishes? mark: some things we have this week -- banana foster french
