special looking up a struggle that many undecided voters are facing as well as having live team coverage in the last push from the campaigns. commitment 2016, the final hours starts tonight right here on wmur. janet reno, the first woman to serve as u.s. attorney general has died. reno died this morning due to complications from parkinson's disease. she served for nearly 8 years at attorney general under president bill clinton and was involved in several high profile political controversies including the 1993 waco standoff. reno was 78-years-old. two people charged in connection with a low speed chase and drug bust in portsmouth, will face a judge today. police say 31-year-old travis tulo led police on a brief chase on friday before pulling into a driveway and then police found a small amount of meth in the car tulo and a passenger 21-year-old kyle haggett were both arrested on drug charges. tulo also faces a fourth offense dwi and operating after

a manhunt continues in everett, massachusetts for the person police say killed a man yesterday afternoon. officers are not releasing many details at this point but say it happened around 2:00 and officers were on scene for hours a witness says she heard two gunshots and then saw the victim run into the street and fall down. the man died at the hospital. from running into burning buildings, to saving those who had overdosed, to coming to the been shot, officers were honored in manchester this morning. also recognized officers from a surrounding town, and state troopers who came to assist manchester officers. wmur's ray brewer is live in manchester with this story. >> manchester's police chief says the story behind these awards is just an example of the courageous and heroic actions of

but he says that in may there was one day in particular that epitomizes what these officers are all about. officers ryan hardy and matthew o'connor received the police department's medal of valor. they were shot back in may after officer hardy recognized a suspect from a robbery. officer o'connor shot as he attempted to stop the suspect. including state troopers. including an officer who had only been on the job for a year and a half and help the rest the suspect. -- helped to arrest the suspect. >> we haven't been in law enforcement that long.

>> a kidnapping case has turned into a multiple murder investigation. in south carolina, investigators are trying to figure out if a man they have in custody could be responsible for more than half a dozen killings. abc's janai norman reports as the search for more victims continues. >> investigators in south carolina could be dealing with a serial killer. while investigating the suspect accused of holding a woman captive, officials say todd kohlhepp dropped a bombshell confession about a 13-year-old allegedly admitting he gunned down 4 people in 2003. >> sir, just understanding the family is here, anything you wish to say at this time? >> not at this time, sir. >> kohlhepp is charged with kidnapping kala brown who disappeared in august along with her boyfriend charles david carver. search teams are still scouring his nearly 100 acre property where brown was chained up by the neck and ankle, locked in a shipping container.

lakes region is well with mid-upper 40's as well. if you pan out you will notice that surge of warmth in the ohio valley and that is all over for tomorrow with temperatures in the 50's and even lower 60's for election day. we will have a lot of sunshine to go along with it. clouds increase tuesday afternoon and tuesday evening and that is where we get to see our best chance of showers around wednesday morning. a fairer start to tuesday evening. doorstep. most of them are focused during the morning hours on wednesday. the breeze look take up behind that and that will take a step backwards temperature wise with highs in the 50's to lower 60's. tomorrow we fall back into the 40's to the low range of the 50's. a secondary disturbance will not come from the midwest. it will come from southern parts of canada and it will drag down
