alone walking up the ramp to root 4 from route 155 in lee a very busy area. while other witnesses stayed with the child he went and checked with the nearby daycare and confirmed that the toddler had somehow wandered off. the child was not hurt but the state bureau of childcare licensing and police are now investigating. and the live and learn learning center nearby was only able to accept 9 of the families. >> we have a waitlist of people waiting to get spots and to have to tell a parent, i can't take your child and they look at me and say, what am supposed to do? ray: state records show no major violations for his angels learning academy though state investigators did find a choking hazard over the summer that has since been fixed. it is not known if the daycare plans to reopen or if the state will take any action because of this incident.

bail this morning. mandy mcgowan faced a judge yesterday after turning herself in. she is charged with child endangerment. video of her overdose last month went viral, her 2-year-old daughter in seen in the video crying and trying to wake her mother up. her attorney says mcgowan is now in a drug treatment program. >> she is now in a program and is 67 days in. she cannot pose that is unreasonable in these circumstances. sean: mcgowan is due back in court in january and she must submit to random drug testing. her child is in state care. right now police in manchester are looking for the man they say stole a purse from a woman's walker. officers say the woman was getting something out of her purse around 5:00 last night near the intersection of granite and main streets when a man pulled the purse away and ran off down clinton street. classes will resume at ohio state university today a day
