drug to the 23-year-old victim, cody kilburn. kilburn overdosed, and was found dead the next day. prosecutors say fogg was selling the heroin from a home in chesterfield. he was sentenced to at least five years in prison. a manchester man has been sentenced to more than 17 years in federal prison after being convicted of distributing heroin and fentanyl. 34-year-old zakee stuart-holt was also found guilty of money laundering. prosecutors say he'd been selling the drugs in the manchester area since at least during a search of his apartment, police seized nearly four pounds of fentanyl, and nearly $200,000 in cash. they also seized another half million dollars from a safe deposit box in his name. erin: there are new developments in the case surrounding a lawsuit against phillips exeter academy. a federal jury found that the academy wrongfully expelled a student after he had a sexual encounter with another student. yesterday, a judge ordered that the student referred to as john
