"early today" starts right now. a lot of developments to tell you about including the highly controversial plan by donald trump for dealing with muslims in amernua. he's suggesting he would create a data base that would require american muslims to fo register and possibly give them special identification. and a jewish group says registering everyone to a certain religious list? we've seen that. it doesn't work out well. we're learning more about the female who detonated a suicide vest in this week's raid and she posted this to social media in june and audio of an exchange with police during that raid.

continues for the last known attacker from last friday attacking that paris. well, now he's believed to possibly be here in belgium and that's probably what the investigators were doing yesterday looking for. three of the nine houses they searched are in some way related to the paris attacks and one of the houses belonged to the abdelhamid abaaoud family and now people were taken into custody for questioning. and we don't know yet whether any of them will be arrested today and prosecutors said they will release a statement shortly. but that's one of the problems. right here, suspects can only be detained without charge for 24 hours and yesterday, the government tried to extend it to 72 hours. we'll see if that is imp mented today. >> with everything that's happened in europe over the past week, there's a simple question people are asking at home, are
