bringing the death toll now to 35. pakistan has declared three days of mourning for the victims of an easter terrorist bombing in a children's park. the suicide attack in lahore killed at least 70 people, many of them women and children. about 300 people were wounded. a splinter group of the pakistani taliban claims responsibility saying the intended targets were christian men celebrating easter. pakistan's army is vowing to bring the killers to justice. family members jumped from their windows to escape aefire overnight in a denver apt building. they were trapped on the second and third floors. 11 people suffered minor injuries from the jump. restaurant chains and food stores will get more time to start posting calorie counts on their menus. food and drug administration now says it will delay the new rules until 2017. they were supposed to go into effect at the end of this year. there has boen a strong opposition from many in the prepared food industry.

we're back at 8:50. time for a little spring cleaning for your beauty routine. we have some super simple ways to clean everything in your make-up bag. good morning. >> good morning. >> starting with cleaning your make-up bag. >> the bag itself. no one thinks to clean this. but if you have a make-up bag that is kind of nylon or plasticy, just flip it inside out. you have all of this dirty makeup that's been on there f probably years like caked on. just take a make-up wipe and off. you can just see it's already coming off. really gross. if you have a cloth make-up bag, just throw it in the washing machine with the rest of your laundry. >> you wouldn't worry that it would get on your clothes? >> just do it with today.

let's talk lip sticks. >> this is really, really gross. so if you have a lipstick that you keep reapplying after you eat, basically what happens is you're pressing your lipstick on to the food bacteria that's on your lips. then that bacteria is living on your lipstick itself. >> how lovely. >> that's disgusting. all you do is take a disinfecting wipe that's usually used for cosmetics. don't anything with chemicals again because you put it on your mouth. just wipe it. ideally you should do that once or twice when you re-apply. >> how do you mak sure it doesn't get all smushed o r whatever? >> you just use a wipe, gently press gent it against it. if it has alcohol it will kill the bacteria and still keep the shape of your lipstick. >> let's do brushes and blenders. this sponge works well when you apply your makeup, but it is a

foundation in the makeup you put in it. mix liquid soap with warm water in a bowl. >> dish washing soap? >> hand soap is fine. anything that will start to get all of the -- >> sudsy. >> yeah. you can already see the ball is pretty gross. that's all been putting on your face. >> okay. >> then you just rinse it off in warm water. >> warm water. okay. then dry it out? >> just let it dry once this is good to go. >> it looks better. it does. talk to me about the brushes. >> the brushes. you should be doing this about once a week. you can mix olive oil an dish soap in a little bowl and just start to rub the makeup brush around in this solution. this will start to get all of the grime off of it. basically what happens is when your makeup brushes are dirty, you have all of the oils on your
