evening, that's when we're going to see the chance of three to four inch diameter hail. that's baseball, softball and grapefruit sized hail possible with some of the storms. the biggest threat will be in southern nebraska and northern kansas. we could also see a few strong tornadoes that could develop. then this whole storm system will develop into one of those systems that continues to spread east through the night. still with the threat of he severe storms. during the overnight hours when it's dark, it makes it that much more dangerous. through the afternoon and into tomorrow morning, some of the storms will hold together tomorrow morning. they'll move through the st. louis area, little rock, stretching down to the gulf of mexico. wednesday afternoon, another round of storms will fire up. we're looking at the chance of still, the larger hail. today is our biggest threat of the strong storms. tomorrow, it's a wider area, from houston through jackson, mississippi, up to memphis, including st. louis. we're not looking at the wide

>> as you said, it's east and west. what does that mean? for people who are wondering, what should i do? how should i treat my issues? what does it mean to collect the best of both worlds? >> instead of just going with chemo and radiation, automatically, and a doctor says, we're going ti burn, cut, cauterize, poison you, suppress your immune system and get you back to normal, i felt like, because i lost my parents young in liue, i knew there were other ways we could take care of his health. we did a combination of immuno immunotherapy immunotherapy, total detox, plant-based diet. everything from skin brushing to infrared saunas to supplements. >> you're not saying don't do the traditional methods. >> oh new york city. >> oh, no. >> do a balance. >> don't go to the first websites where somebody paid to be there. get second opinions. really, change your normal --

it'll be better for you if you do. >> michael, what was that transition like for you? because you did have to change so much of your lifestyle. in fact, in the book, you write about it being, at times, painful. your family and friends didn't understand the new you. >> that's for sure, yeah. i think change is difficult for the people around you. they feel threatened by it. on the one hand, being a cancer patient, it was good to have all these regimens and things to do every day. i felt like i was helping myself. i wasn't sitting there being a victim, wai ng for a doctor to cure me. so in that way, it gave me a daily routine that was healthy and helpful through the ordeal. back to what you were saying, wholistic was exactly the word. east is the wholistic, healing the body. at the same time, using the west to specifically target the cancer. >> he was diagnosed with two cancers. two months after bladder cancer, he was diagnosed with lung cancer. >> you've been in remission how long? >> 12 1/2 years. >> congratulations. >> doctors said, we have to take ur b
