"early today" starts right now. good morning, everybody and thanks for joining us today. new this morning an immigration flip flop? donald trump dramatically shifts his tone on the single most defining issue of his campaign promising to be quote, fair but firm toward the nation's estimated 11 million undocumented immigrants. as new questions swirl around his immigration stance, but trump pushed back on any indication he may be flip flopping. relationships with a lot of people, a lot of hispanic people, we're talking about it, we're going to get rid of the bad ones. the bad ones are going to be out of here fast. as far as the rest we'll go through the process like they are now, perhaps with a lot more energy and we're going to do it only through the system of laws. >> okay. >> we're working with a lot of people in the his manic community to try and come up with an answer. >> so you're not flip flopping? >> no, we want to come up with a
