a wake county bus driver faces charges after tuesday morning's crash on pull road and martin luther king jr. boulevard. three people had to go be taken to the hospital. ralleigh police say the bus driver ran a stoplight. the. a high school student is under investigation after an arrest at a school in nash county. the district tells wncn investigators found drugs, a gun, and ammunition inside of that student's car at northern nash high school. the student was arrested, but investigators have not released the person's name or age at this time. durham police have not announced an arrest after a late night shooting. a person was hurt on chapel hill road before 11:00. ems took the man to the hospital for treatment. a busy morning for ralleigh police officers who found themselves securing two crime scenes off of six forks road.

last night at the center point apartments at hensley and wood bin drive. officers found a car riddled with bullets near the same complex. the incident has shaken up neighbors who live in the area. >> was definitely looking to move in a family oriented neighborhood. really shocked this happened here. >> the people hurt in the shootings are expected to be all right. there is no word of any arrest at this time. a judge at fort bragg is trying to decide how to handle thousands of documents in the case of sergeant bowe bergdahl. the soldier is accused of walking away from his host in afghanistan in an incident that may have led to his capture by the taliban. the case includes 300,000 pages of documents, many of which are classified. he faces charges of decomplex and misbehavior before the enemy. many people just want to know what happened.

this morning. again inside looking out, not so bad. if you are working outside, traveling outdoors, make sure you have a jacket on. 36 in ralleigh right now. 39 in clayton. 38 in lillington. also 38 in fayetteville and rayford. siler city above freezing at 33. now at freezing in rocks blow. an improvement in south hill. here's what i'm thinking. 38 at lunchtime. 41, that's all the warmer we get this afternoon. yesterday we hit the low 50s. this evening we are clear and cold. high pressure to thank for that. we have blue skies because of that. now, the cold front that moved through yesterday, that's also helping usher in that unseasonably cold air. the good news no rain today or tomorrow. we will breeze through this forecast.

clear skies. overnight tonight we will stay on the clear side. tomorrow morning for some of you could be the coldest day so far this week. i'm expecting temperatures in the mid 20s. plenty of sunshine then tomorrow afternoon. we are not tracking rain again until friday afternoon. but for today 41 in ralleigh, 40 durham, and 46 in fayetteville. across the board cooler than where we should be for this i am of year. overnight tonight we will drop into the mid 20s. enough of a breeze to make it feel a few degrees colder. not expecting wind chills significantly colder than the actual temperature. 54 the high tomorrow, staying dry. 52 friday. the rain coming in after lunchtime. the rain moves out of here first thing saturday morning. saturday afternoon should be sunny and i know i'm not the only one planning for the panthers game on sunday. of course, it's going down in charlotte. sunday kickoff 1:05. 46 by the fourth quarter.

breathing a sigh of relief after oakland withdrew its l.a. relocation request. this could be short lived. some members in the raiders front office say the team may be working on a plan for another move, possibly san antonio. the blue devils are back in action tonight. they head to greenville to take on the clemson tigers at seven. dukies undefeated. meanwhile, the wolfpack hosts the seminoles at pnc. both teams looking for their first acc. typeoff 9 tonight. >> san antonio raiders? i don't know about that one.
