>>reporter: not only the two are charged with making and selling meth with children and dogs in the house. neighbors say this is usually a quiet neighborhood with a lot of kids and one surprised with the cops around. found around 8:30 on thursday. investigators spent time in hazsuits. one looked outside and saw the meth lab raid going down. >> i actually just ordered a pizza and i look outside and hearing police giving orders to people in this house. and you know, they had, i don't know, ten police and guns drawn
