his name is justin sullivan. investigators believe he murdered his neighbor with a stolen gun. the plan shows he had plans to kill hundreds of people to show his support for isis. he asked that age -- agent to kill his parents. he planned to carry out a mass shooting right here in the u.s. sullivan has been indicted on seven federal charges. the state is handling the teen's murder charge. we are still sorting through that indictment. at 7:00 we will tell you what else the investigators uncovered duke handed down punishments last wednesday. less than 24 hours a tft student was admit -- after the student

the school still has not evealed the sorority involved. researchers found 15 wells contaminated with heavy metals back in november and still no one knows how it all happened. >> good evening. tonight's meeting was part of series of regularly scheduled sessions. ever since that contamination was discovered back in november, the board of commissioners and residents all want to be kept in the loop as they try wait for the state's d e q to make some sort of recommendations. as residents with affected wells wait, they use bottled water. the contamination was discovered by accident when the county began what they thought would be routine well tasting. affected homeowners were alerted by mail and told not to drink or

a car stolen, vandalized and abandoned >> it is one woman's story and a trend that police say is on the rise. >> it is really heartbreaking that there is that bad of people in the world. >> this is not how she expected to find her car two weeks after hit was stolen from her home. >> it can happen to anybody. i didn't think it could happen to me and -- and here i am. >> she said she locked it the night before and had both sets of keys with her. police later found it at a nearby apartment with the windshield shattered. what she found inside was worse. >> you open up the vehicle where my son's car seat is suppose to be, there is drug paraphernalia, used condoms, clothing, just vile things. >> her car was one of the 99 reported stolen in january. an increase over.

it is still unknown where it originated. meanwhile the worth health organization declaring a global emergency today over the spread of the zika virus. they estimate there could be up to four million cases in the america's in the next year. so far there are no reported cases here. we have also reached out the raleigh durham international to see if extra precautions are being taken and they have not yet taken action. i know it is monday by by the end of the week we could wind up with highs, 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s. just look at all the changes. every single day this week is going to be drastically different than day before and the day after it.
