scene behind us here. several investigators are in the home. they're in that special protective gear. you can see some cars behind me here in driveway. now i want to show you some video that we shot just a few minutes ago. that home is 2632 olive chapel road in apex. i spoke with a wake county sheriff just a few minutes ago approximate he says 7 people were found in the home, perhaps most disturbing an 18 month old girl the sheriff says they arrived here just before 3:00 this afternoon. they were executing a search warrant and found evidence of a meth lab. there wasn't an active cook going on but authorities say it is clear one had taken place a short time ago. the sheriff says his deputys are-w being fbi along with apex and raleigh police. now, the sheriff says at this time, it is too early to speculate what those 7 adults, what charges they may face. we will continue to be out here. we will try to talk to neighbors and have more coming up at 7:00.

they have gotten more than 800 people siting a wide variety of problems including things like people being overbilled. they can't verify the coverage or they're not able to pay at all. >> this office has gotten more complaints than it did in the preceding four months. about 25,000 people have had enrollment issues. they're encouraging people who are having trouble to give his office a call. his office is having better luck getting to people at blue cross/blue shield than some have own their own. >> they're calling it stressed and upset because they cannot schedule surgery, mri, x-rays, can't get the prescription drug or insulin. >> blue cross/blue shield north carolina acknowledge it is problem and writes we are working diligently resolve these issues as quickly as possible. we are truly sorry for the difficulties our customers are experiencing. the insurance commissioner says it appear this is goes back to
