a wintry mix on the way, some schools already closed and areas onto a winter storm warning. >> since we last talked to you at 6:00 o'clock, they have moved the winter storm warning southeast because we headed in the snow to the northwest in orange county and the triad, so as we take a look at things you will be able to see that things are going to be quite messy in the morning, as we are looking at snow, sleet came out and freezing rain, 25 degrees. and that will break out as we head out overnight so all in all things are going to get a little worse before they get better. visited the the big news that came out after about 10:00 o'clock, a winter storm warning, two to 4 inches of snow and slick roads in winston- salem. the snow was dry so it will pile up quick.
