spokesman sent this information about the case. it reads as follows: a judge ordered guillen-acosta be removed from the u.s. last month but his attorney moved they reopen the case. arrested a man responsible for shooting into a home month-old toddler. the toddler is expected to make a full recovery. marion lacount laney was not looking to shoot the child but rather the son of the owner of the daycare. police responded to the home which operates as a day care tuesday afternoon and found the child, who was then taken to the hospital. we talked with owners of the tatum tristin center on wednesday and they shut the facility down immediately. also a 13-year-old girl recovering after being
