has been on the scene all night and is getting new information from deputies. >> reporter: we have. we have new information from the wake county sheriff's office. they have identified the victim as delphic mclain. she was hit by a stray bullet and the hunt is on for the three vehicles involved. the wake county sheriff's office was called to 4629 arrowhead drive in apex after 6 pm friday evening. when they arrived they found a 56-year-old woman who had been shot the sheriff told us she was not the intended target. angela lyons called the victim a close friend and neighbor >> it's crazy. >> reporter: lyons another neighbors tell they heard some kind of altercation several vehicles were parked in the driveway. and then they heard the gunshots. >> i was scared.

customers. >> reporter: blue cross blue shield is considering getting out of the affordable care act marketplace altogether after losing money and 2014 it broke even last year. but experts say that cannot go on. and making sure his birthday there is healthy. it's a priority for them because the last thing they want is a medical bill. they don't have health insurance. >> we thought we had everything in order and we saved money these to be customers of blue cross blue shield of north carolina. from 2013 to-2015 the monthly rate or than doubled >> we had not planned for that in retirement. we could not afford it so we had to drop it. >> reporter: they hope they stay healthy. >> it is scary. you never know >> reporter: writes about a year after year as blue cross blue shield tries to turn a profit. the company announced friday it broke even for 2015. after losing $282 million on plans under the affordable care act

where some changes have to be made >> reporter: economist mike walden points to a couple of key issues. one of them is the cost of care for people in aca plans has not come down as expected. some people still make expensive emergency room visits. at the same time >> people in the 30s and 40s have not signed up at rates we were expecting. insurers like blue cross blue shield are being squeezed on the cost side and on the revenue side >> reporter: blue cross blue shield also revealed friday the 10 highest-paid executives all got raises last year. ceo greg olsen pay jumped by about one third. tonight $3.8 billion. >> they don't care. it's all about the money. >> reporter: a spokes person said the pay is not -- in my was similar companies. but rob and susan are frustrated. and trying to avoid getting major medical bills >> i hope and pray we don't but what can you do?

120 people are behind bars after a major crime initiative. >> mario boon has more on what it took to plan operation zero hour. >> reporter: wncn first told you thursday about this week's massive fugitive dragnet in robeson county. >> a large number of people in the area -- we are learning about the extensive planning it took to pull off the effort without anyone getting hurt. >> they did not take any piece of paper and go out this week and look for people with warren >> they did a lot of work of these individuals. it was a tedious operation. they been planning it for a month. >> reporter: marshall scott parker said the operation. he told me 200 local state and federal cops descended on lumberton to serve high-risk warrants on gang members and murder suspects. >> i was the only local reporter allowed to ride along as marshall's hit the targets. when the dust settled more than

>> and no one was hurt so the material things can be replaced. glad everyone was okay let's talk about the temperatures. they are getting colder >> that is our biggest concern this weekend is getting through a cold morning tomorrow and then figuring out what we will do outside sunday. the week that was brought our state five tornadoes. three of them here in central north carolina and to along the coast. tonight we have cold temperatures. upper 20s and low 30s and even clinton holding on to 40 degrees. compared to where we were last night it's quite a bit colder now. 11 degrees colder in franklin county than it was last night. 15 degrees colder in person county. it makes sense it's going to be colder tomorrow morning. part of that reason is hour winds which have been a big story the last few days.

get calm on a clear night, it gets very cold. but that will be the coldest night going forward for the next seven days. no rain on the radar. lots of sunshine and after starting the morning at 27 we were up to 34 at 9 am. if you have practice in the morning or hit some garage sales that warm to 44 at lunch on our way to a high of 51. that is cool compared to where we will be for the next several days. high-pressure controls everything for the next several days. winds are coming out of the north. that's why it was chilly today and the same thing tomorrow. what happens on the other side? that's when we warm up and that's when we are going to be close to 70 degrees next tuesday. the maps go into motion and was a bite high-pressure. nothing moves in on monday and tuesday.

we have the southerly flow and that will allow us to warm up. and then here comes the next weather maker. it's a cold front but it's nothing like what we had last week. it will bring us a few scattered showers and drop our temperatures but right now just some good old-fashioned rain. it won't happen until next wednesday. the last weekend of february and it starts off in the 20s tomorrow morning and 44 at lunch time. on our way to a high in the low 50s. sunday is better simba because it's going to be warmer. sunday morning 35 degrees so you'll need a jacket or coat on your way to church. at lunch time 55 and we top out in the low 60s.
