57 newsroom at cbs news headquarters here in new york. good to be with you. i'm anne-marie green. coming up on the "morning well, hillary clinton is expected to return to the campaign trail tomorrow. president obama campaigned for yesterday as she recovers from pneumonia. hena daniels is tracking the campaigns. >> reporter: good morning. donald trump visits flint, michigan, today, a predominantly african-american democratic town at the center of a water contamination crisis. trump's outreach to minority voters there comes after a day after he will try to make child care more affordable. hillary clinton's campaign dismissed it as seller. donald trump held up a baby.

those whose medical files are hacked. a team of hackers falling themselves fans bears, also known as czar team. the hackers claim that dozens of american athletes had tested positive for doping and that these medalist in rio used amphetamines and psycho stimulants in order to win. that was quickly dismissed by the world's anti-doping agency which said the athletes had been granted a medical exemption to of the strongest supporters of integrity and competitive sport and that she followed the rules. the drugs were taken for legitimate medical reasons. gymnast simone biles responded please know i believe in clean sport, have always followed the rules. the u.s. anti-doping agency is also standing by the athletes saying that cyberbullying of innocent athletes being engaged

a football player at the university of north carolina is charged with sexually assaulting another student. his accuser says she is going public with her allegations because police, prosecutors, and the school did nothing about it for seven months. the story from vinita nair. >> after i was raped i went to the hospital and gave an account of what i could remember. i was treated like a suspect. >> reporter: 19-year-old robinson said the alleged accident happened at an on-campus apartment. she says she was there with a linebacker allen artis a linebacker from the university of north carolina she had must met. >> i was under the influence of alcohol and i was under age but does not give anybody the right to violate me. >> reporter: she says she was assaulted that night and a rape kit was administered. she gave statements to law enforcement and university police.
