-outhwest baltimore tonight. this is the scene of a shooting in southwest baltimore. police called to windsor mill road and fouud a man inside of a car shot several times. hooicide investigators called to the scene. police say the actual shooting occurred at quinn falls and baltimore. >> nearly 150 police officers in bg county investigateddfor cheating on academy tests n 1:03 cadets got perfecttscores on 11 tests in basic police work. all but two got perfect scores on the 12th test. one cadet got a perfect score, even though he cannot take the test because he was earlier dismmssed. the llegations surfaced last year, after a cadet said an instructor was giving out the answers. %-at cross country elementaryis school in northwest baltimore has some parents on edge. a letter sent to parents on3ú monday alerting them of a young student hospitalized aftee contracting viral meningitis. meniigitis is inflammation of

currently 54 degrees. the clouds are starting to break. you see the moon there. indicating mostly to partly cloudy skies. winds out of the west-southwest %-deal with this afternoon. to and that made it cool. humidity levels right nowwat 77 %. pressure is steadily rising. as we continue to see the low pressure move out. and make way for high pressure building in. and clearing. across the region. looking at the temperatures. you can see 52 in harrisburg. 50 in pittsburg. down in charleston westtvirginia 50. and we will see a shift from the temperatures coming in from the north. we had the winds coming in the from the north eeping us cool, on the back edge of thh low pressure. but as that moves northeast, into the new england states. we will start to see high pressure build in. that willlstart to bring in a warming trend. so outlooks on the bigger ú%chanism of the atmosphere. this is what is going on. area of low pressure with counter-clockwise low spin near new jersey, southern part of new york. and that brings down the cooler temperatures. but it will continue to move up
