stay in school. it has happened twice in arundel county this year. and parents are upset. two letters were sent out today from principals to parents. just last week a fight broke out at south river high school. a 15-year-old ended up at shock trauma. just as troubling violence in two other arundel county schools. ú%e cases of troo reid and james downey. arrested again last week. downey for assault and both had prior records. >> i would not say that we have had more instances of violence this year. i don't think that's the case. what we have had is three high ú%riod of time.ts in a shorr certainly parents are worried. and people are concerned that you have three notable incidents, o quickly. >> in the case of downey, the principaa was aware f his pending assault charge in baltimore. but downey was allowed to remain in school. that they say tried to hire a hht man to kill his wife.
