first on fox tonight. caught on camera. exclusive pictures tonight of what appears to be speeding camera operators speeding. >> jeff abell live in towson with pictures you will see only first on fox tonight. jeff? >>well, the, the state began a year ago to use speed cameras at interstate work zones like this one. but what happens when those that operate the cameras are caught speeding? sunday afternoon a motorist traveling 80 miles per hour, caught one of those speed camera vehicles speeding past him. the motorist said the vehicle was speeding down interstate 70 for, at least, 10 miles and used his i-phone to capture the moment. >> i knew it was the vehicle that takes pictures of cars for speeding. i knew it was in the left lane and passing the other cars. that were going, you know, 65 miles per hour. and so it was obviously spiked. i caught up and took a video of it. i was thinking what a big jerk.

you know, giving out tickets to people, and, you know, speeding themselves. i don't think it is right. >>well, these vehicles are owned by the very company that administers the state's program. tonight state highway officials tell us that they are addressing the issue. we're live in towson tonight. jeff abell, fox 45 news "late edition". >> a state employee blows the whistle and gets results. 37-year-old veteran of the state highway administration said for years he witnessed well paid consultants commit fraud and falsify records. video obtained by fox 45 news indicates a consultant arriving late to work, at least, four times in a 76 minute disparity in the time cards. >> when you report fraud they come after you. yet the people that committed the fraud, they continue to exist. >> you know, if it is human error, those are taken into act and reviewed. in this particular case, that obviously will go on as well.

warehouse under surveillance for weeks. >> police are looking for a suspected rapist. victim claims that she was walking near her apartment complex on zinc meadow drive when a man tack her. she told police that he was armed and wearing a red sweat shirt and sweat pants. the suspect is 6 feet tall and weighing about 250 pounds. >> bad day for more than 4000 people on a carnival cruise in the pacific ocean. a fire aboard of the splender caused it to lose power off the coast of mexico early yesterday morning. so it is stranded in the ocean. no air conditioning, no hot water. no way to cook food. no phone service. navy helicopters are shuttling in supplies like food to the ship. mexican tug boats working to bring it back to port. but that could take until late thursday. the good news, passengers will

in the 60s. ugly day. we will continue to stay with the nice weather for the next several days. clear skies. 49. winds out of the north-northwest at three. humidity levels at 71%. around the state. satellite and radar shows nothing going on. dry conditions across northern virginia, maryland, eastern shore. few high clouds associated with an area of hyper over the atlantic. won't affect us. other than northerly winds. our temperatures is 51 in baltimore. 47 in hagerstown. 41 in oakland. eastern shore, we will see the temperatures in the lower mid 40s. and continue to see the winds from the north for tonight. and into tomorrow as well. so it looks like we are staying within the temperatures ranges as we go through the ninext tes across the region. 48 in boston. 44 in albany. 41 buffalo. 38 degrees in pittsburg. and 45 degrees in charleston west virginia. high pressure west and off to the east, we have an area of low pressure that is spinning out fou have plans to flyt

you know, it will be loud. it will be at there place. our guys are comfortable with that. we have done it 10 times in three years. with that environment on the road. so we will look forward to it. it is great for our guys. >> obvious problem with the prime time game is that it cuts do on prep time. ordinarily the players have half a day monday and tuesday off. don't hit the practice field until wednesday. this wednesday, tomorrow, they will get eplane for atlanta. it is not exactly an optimal situation but ravens see it as something that has to be overcome. >> we will do our best. i don't care how short the week is. schedule, so deal with it. we already bought in. coach talk to us about these two days before we played the first one. we knew what to expect coming in. we will definitely be ready to play. >> try to rest as much as possible. although it is tough. with the short week. but, coach is doing a great job

of taking care of that. but this week is mostly mental as far as preparing for the game. us playing a physical game sunday and turn around and travel to atlanta. that's a tough situation. but, you know, i think we're the team for it. >> to the college game. navy is sitting at 6-3. bowl eligible and coming off a 76-point performance last time out. against east carolina. that will get you some attention. for the mid's head coach it is good attention. their coach has been named one of 15 finalists for the joe pay turn know coach of the year award. joining trestle, beemer of virginia tech, john harbaugh of stanford and fairrance. he has 24 wins in the third season after taking over from paul johnson that left for georgia tech. the award is presented december 18. >> looking at a nice day tomorrow. withth
