it out. nelson, who is charged with first-degree murder in the 2008 death of his son, came to ccurt today to, plead guilty to second-degreeemurder. which carries a maximum penalty not life like first-degree but judge russsll did not accept the arrangement and called it "too-too light." ruben a defense attorney not related to the cases say judges reject pleas but in nelson's cass ruben calls it unusual. sides agree to a specific term that a judge rejects it. on the other hand, again, i don't know this defendant's bbckground. i don't know what concerns the judge may have. >> well judge russell sent the case to another judge that plan3 to resume the case tomorrow morning. prosecuuors say he could accept a plea, or start the trial. at mitchell courthouse. keith daniels, fox 45 news "late edition."

>> we have breaaing news out of northwest baltimore where police are on theescene of a shooting garrison boulevard beforr 9:30 tonight. they found a teenage boy, who was shot in the chest. police say the actual shooting took pllce down the street. in the 3300 block of oak field avenue. right now police are looking at robbery as a possible motive. >> police are currently looking for two men that stole $90,000 from bank customers, in a@ skimming scam. they ttrgeted an atm at this by using a skimming device they were actually able to scan customer bank cards and access@ their accounts. >> weebelieve that ttese two suspects put a device on an atm machine in ellicott ciiy and used the device to steal atm -ard numbers. then were able to make new cards for themselves using that information. and use them at banks around the region. >> now thissatm camera caught these images of the suspects.

fall. >> when will it get here and how much? here is chief meteorologist vytas reid with a look at the sky watch forecast. >> definitely heavy rainfall on the way through the next couple of days. @% the system pushes in out of the west. giving us potential for decent rainfaal across central maryland. northern virginia across the mid-atlantic. so we will see a drop of water assthe system pushes in. hd skycam inner harbor shows dry conditioos. clouds are gathering. 48 right now. winds are calm. humidity levels at 77%. and our pressure is sttady at 30.1 inches and dropping as that area of low pressure and frontal boundary push in from the west. here is what is going on bigger pictuue. as far as the heavy rain. we are looking at anywhere from - to 3 inches possible tuesday to wednesday. it will be pockets of areas that can get heavier rain. ground is starting to freeze. so as it is solid it has a @%%-it comes down at a quick pa. so that's what the problem is

out there. from the national weather service, issuing flash flood watch for central maryland. stretchhng back to parts of western maryland. northern virginia. including baltimore and the dc metro area. so metropolitan areaa will get floor potentially. low lying areas. so watch it closely. futurr scan predicted rainfall shows the model with where the heavier rain could be. we are in the 2-iich mark. some areas or pockets 2 and a half to three. western maryland, past cumberland. maybe 3 inches of ain.@ and that could cause problems in some of the upper elevated areas, and hillsides ut there. as the rain comes down. maryland satellite shows cloud cover filtering in and picking up quite a bit. temperatures cool off down the road. but for tomorrow. warmer air aaead of the system tas it moves from the southwest t brrngs up upper 50-degree temperatures. maybe 60s in play.
