driving in from the west. 15 to 20 miles per hour. and gusting anywhere from 20-to 30 miles per hour. so that makes the temperature feel like it is very cold, in the teens in baltimore. 19, that's what it feels like on -our skin. 12 hagerstown. four below zero out there in garrett county and western maryland. so frigid temperatures. on satellite. you can see the lake effect snow showers north and west of us. -arrett county getting snowfall, four to 10 inches in some spots out theee as that snow continues to drape down with the lake effect winds coming in, wrapping around an area of low pressure. bringing in that cold air. you can see the lake effect snow showers at cleveland, detroit, chicago. stretching down to pittsburg. and even western maryland. here is what it looks like as far as the future scan. maker up there around the great lakes for the next day and a half here. then it starts to lighten up as far as the snowfall. but we have to watch another system that we are watching. potentially develop through the
