phylicia barnes. north carolina teen that %-baltimore city.visit to a tip led police to leakin park but found nothing. that's comforting for a mother that today blasted her baltimore relatives. including phylicia's half sister. >> she is not telling everything that she knows. she didn't even tell me that it was a lot of traffic going in and out of her apartment. drugs and alcohol activity. @% daughter was a flower. innocent before she found them. >> phyliiia last seen december 28 leaving her half sister's northwest baltimore apartment. >> a tractor trailer crashes, catches on fire and exppodes on the beltway. driver was killed. our cameras captured the fiery scene from a neighborhood that backs up to 695. this happened around 4:30 this morning on the inner loop between delaney valley and providence road. 39-year-old russell lewis was the driver of the tractor trailer. he veered off the road. hit an

he was arrested last wednesday. charged with assaulting his wife. he posted bail but was arrested again new years day. charged with violating a protective order. and destruction of property. tonight he is held on $500,000 bond. edwards was press secretary for city council president jacc and also worked for w jay z and wbal tv news. >> baltimore city council committee held public interviews tonight with four candidates. vyinn forrone seat. 9th district seat left vacant by retiring councilwoman agnes welch. her son is among those wanting to replace her. guilty plea to assault and gun charges a decade back has added controversy to his bid. the panel's recommendation will -e considered by the council, next week. >> bad day for brett farve. two massage therapists sued him sayinggthey lost their part-time jobs with the jets after they complained about suggestive text

cold start at 20. normally we are att42. so you can see temperatures are above what they should be. no precipitation to talk about. we could see that change as we get closer to the weekend with a chance of flakes to fly. -how you that coming up in a moment. but highs across the state today. nice. 48 in winchester. northern virginia. %-50 charlottesville. in d.c., 43. and back in hagerstown. 46. so definitely there was a nice warm push from the south. currently in the 30s. we could see them drop into the upper -- or upper 20s, lower 30s through the overnight. still a light southerly wind. but not by much. as ww go through he overnight. we will continue to see the clouds mainly north offus. few snow showers up toward pennsylvania.@ but bigger picture what we will see happen actually is a little light disturbance comee across the great lakes. north of us. but there is area of low pressure. a little low that will drop down, over our region, by giving us a chance for snow showers. but it looks like converging with a low out of the south that

will be moving along the coastal regions. and with that energy, combined with this other low, this3 clipper. it could give us light accumulating ssow across the mid-atlantic. pushing up to pennsylvania and %-so watch that closer. it will get stronger north of us. new york, and boston. so watch that as it develops. but we could get alight accumulation from it friday and friday night. so right now. we have two converging lows, that will continue to move into our area. giving us a chance for snow. but it looks like this one will be over the atlantic. and this one will kind of drape over the region, giving us a chance for a little bit of light accumulation. continue to monitor it. tonight clear skies. 30 degrees. tomorrow, sun and clouds. day. high of 39. and five-day forecast shows 39 for thursday. with mostly cloudy skies. cloudy friday with snow showers. pretty much off-and-on through the day. and then that willinger around for friday night. maybe to saturday. and then we start to clear out with breezy conditions by sunday.
