friends. what makes this creature so special. >> live in high definition, from wbff tv in baltimore, this is fox 45 news "late edition." >> hello again, i am jeff barnd. >> and i am jennifer gilbert. maryland schools are bracing for the possibility of 5% cuts in state spending. and baltimore county schools could increase class sizes. >> karen parks standing by live in onwens mills where new schools have been built but it may not last long as far as the relief is concern. karen? >> jennifer and jeff, new town elementary built a few years ago to relieve the population strain on owens mills elementary. scenarro seen throughout the county. so just the thought of hearing the chance of increased class size is quite unnerving for many parents. now, understand superintendent joe harrison, under his budget proposal, 200 teaching vacancies will not be filled. also on the table is a 5% decrease in central office.

27 in d.c. 21 in hagerstown. some of the outlying areas may get into the upper teens. we will drop into the lower 20s overnight tonight. with that northwest wind keeping us on the chill. clear skies for now. but clouds work in from the west to try to hold onto a little bit of that, blanketing to hold onto daily heating. 13 in baltimore. that's what it feels like with the windchill. and 15 in hagerstown. 19 in d.c. here is what it looks like with satellite radar composite. you can see the breaks in the clouds over baltimore and dc. few clouds working in from the west. and a few snow showers up northwest of us. i think, most of that should stay north of us. western edge of the state should get a few snow showers. may get a little of this working in possibly late saturday night with a chance for a stray flake or two, but doesn't look like we will see much of anything if it makes it into the region. our future scan shows breaks in the clouds for tomorrow. mostly clear to partly cloudy skies. with this little disturbance north of us.
