and 8 this eveninn.....you are looking at the corner of north avenue and greenmount......the water stood a couple of feet along greenmount....police shut the street down until the water cleared......you see this driver who atttempted to cross the standing water......and just didn't make it...... the heavy rains created a stressful situation for drivers and walkers..... 3 (2:15)it was coming down pretty hard....(4:16)i was getting a little worried if the lights would go out... (3:37)it was a lot of traffic traffic and speaking of traffic......83 was also a mess......cars barely making it...as waters continued to rise...... making the evening commute difficult to endure..... 3 we also got word tonight about flooding around
