in decades of hard work at the sparrows point steel mill...only to be let down..... (8:41)if i can't make it its tough.... barrett is one of nearly 2000 workers at rg steel.... waiting to hear word on the fate of their jobs... the company.... once one of baltimore county's largest private employers....filed for bankruptcy last may.....(7:24) they weren't doing a thing positive to make the mill profitable... to make matters worse.....a clause in the contract between the united steelwwrkers and rg steel will terminate once sparrows point is sold.....the new owners can stop paying wages and benefits to the existing employees and terminate workers at their discretion.....(13:17)the union is rying everything they can do.... donald festerman worked at sparrows point in the late eighties..... filed may 21st against homeland security secretary janet napolitano is full of incendiary accusations of female favoritism under secretary napolitano. the plaintiff james t hayes, alleges that napolitano passed him over for a key job at immigration and customs, in favor of her friend, dorr schriro.the suit says - quote "schriro enjoyed a long standinn relationship with the secretary. plaintiff believed he was being replaced in his duties because of this relationship and because he was not female."an affidavit in support of the suit, alleges a lewd come-on by another high ranking napolitano appointee - ice chief of staff suzanne barr. quote : "at some point during the conversation, i witnessed suzanne barr turn to senior ice employeeááblankááand state, 'you a sexy [expletive deleted]!" she then looked at his crotch and asked a question about his anatomy. several employees laughed nervously."in another affidavit, a second male approaching him with an offer of a sex act. the suit also alleges barr removed the entire contents of the offices of three male employees and put them in the men's bathroom.colwin says: "i know there have been 2 affidavits so far, but we haven't heard anything from defense, and you know there's always two sides to every story, especially in
