now to the cameras, victory bill -- boulevard. ben: thank you. juliet: 4:33. we are following a developing story out of lower manhattan. ben: the police are searching for an escaped female prisoner. >> the 23-year-old sat down on a bar and ordered food and drink and walked into a store stole a t-shirt. the cops arrived arrested her and took her to the central booking and she didn't feel and the police took her to the hospital and she ditched the handcuffs and made a run for it and shed the hospital gown.

of escapes from the police custody. last month arthur escape frommed a holding cell at the 25th precinct. and who could forget this one of the detectives chasing a man outside of the 32nd precinct in june and out ran the winded officers but couldn't outrun the law. he too was recaptured. juliet: thank you, robert. terminal c is returning to operation after being shutdown last night from a security breach. a man entered through a restricted exit door, rather than passing through security. he lead the officers on a chase and the man was taken in for evaluation. police conducted a security sweep of the terminal and the

is coming up the east coast and continuing to see that happen and some of that coming to the tristate with the clouds and showers trying to push into south jersey. it is keeping us on the uncomfortable side with the heat and the humidity but the showers and storms will not be a problem. a few are trying to pop up and isolated and mainly in afternoon and mainly in the northern tier. the humidity is not going to back down. a place to head out to boating and beaching. the wind from the west 3-10 knots and the waves 3-4 feet. uv index up to 7. we have another warm humid day. high temp of 92.
