this man here in the car is stopped at a security gate and another camera view, two guys pull up on a cycle and the passenger jumps off, pulls a gun and points it right in this guy's face. >> that has to be the most intimidating thing that can possibly happen to you and so scary, a barrel of a gun pointed right at your face. quickly. the driver pulls out his own weapon and begins firing. the passenger runs off, the collapses there on scene. >> oh, no. >> he later died from gunshot wounds. this guy in the car had been staked out, the two motorcycle riders were very aware of who this guy was. they knew he had money and they waited for an opportunity to drive by the security gate. the other guy who ran off was eventually captured as well. >> they should have known this guy was probably carrying protection if he carries a lot of money. >> like they say you live by the sword you die by the sword, the

he started yelling abuse at these guys walking behind his car, so he gets out. it doesn't appear like the men said anything and court records don't indicate the men had said anything to him. >> let me guess, does he go postal? >> somebody kicks his door, he jumps out but gets back into his car. he uses his car as a we on. apon weapon. these guys had to you wereout of the way and some guy was knocked to the ground, but popped back up. he wasn't the only one hit. third angle. somebody goes over the hood of that car. >> tell me they caught up with him. >> this is how the story gets crazier. the man behind the wheel is the one who called police. once they showed him the video he admitted dangerous driving in court, got a suspended prison sentence but 180 hours of community service and he has to pay a fine for court costs. this is the part of the show where you have to cue your oohs and ahhes and oh, cute!
