juliet: fraternity members waited to bring college student michael deng to the hospital after a hazy incident. >> reporter: the authorities say without that long wait for medical care he may very well be alive today. family members say they are pleased about the charges but are still pursuing a wrongful death case against the fraternity so others don't have to endorse the same party. his family finally has a measure of justice. the monroe county district attorney in pennsylvania charge five fraternity members with third degree murder which covers a sentence of 20 years in prison. >> we are having technical problems there but five people charged with third degree murder. all told 37 people are facing charges in this case.
