the public schools in new york that are paying people to coach kids on how to play. would it be got? >> since 2011 the department of education has been defending a program called play works. play works has recessed and basically teaches your kids how to play. how do they do that? in a statement they said one day every child in america will get to play every day however playtime is filled with conflict we want everyone to find joy on the playground. how do they make that happen? be given different jobs like cheerleader for me than a playground or something that is so low. is it working? it seems to be. the school behind me which is one of the five in the boroughs participate in the program it
