the south as well. look at future cast and not a lot happening for us, high pressure holds tight, we see cloud cover coming in to the tristate especially central and southern sections of new jersey but the rainmaker step is in south carolina, they don't need the rain fall but they got it. for us we do need the rainfall, high pressure in control. that will bring us mainly clear skies as we head into tomorrow and will be a little while before we have any rain in the tristate region. we could use it but it is not in the cards right now. temperatureswise high-temperature 66 degrees, average high 59, we are above normal, well away from records will stay in the same general range, upper 60s to low 70s through this week. it will be quite nice. sunny, warm weather, plenty of it, 70 is a high today, tomorrow 72, wednesday, 69 thursday, 70 friday, share our chances out there early on friday and over

we are through the month of october and working your way into november but let's give you a recap as to what happened in the month of october. average temperature was 50 degrees which was 1.1 degree above normal. back on the ninth and the nineteenth we had the coldest which was 35 degrees, frost in the air, total precip was 3.91. not too far off of the mark, but we are along the general trend of relatively dry weather. we have 51 at newark, 50 in islip, 50 in bridgeport, 54 in montauk with mostly cloudy skies, winds coming in if you have the matt 3 to 6 miles a while. mostly cloudy sky, no problems with rain to the south of us, high pressure is still a pretty good job blocking things out in future cast. not much comes through here,
